We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was as described, spacious and clean. The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb location. Clean and comfortable apartment with convenient parking. We loved our stay at Melanie's Overlook 2 and would be glad to visit again. We were charmed by Geneva and all it had to offer within walking distance of the flat.

Everything about our stay was positive... location to downtown Geneva, space was welcoming, clean, and spacious. Communication with owner was easy. This property is at the north end of Seneca Lake, on the west side making it a great base for Finger Lake wineries. Only negative, the mattresses were extra firm making sleep difficult.

The property was excellent. It was cozy, very clean, updated and very well maintained. Brand new kitchen and bath, beds were super comfortable and location was perfect. Would stay again when returning to finger lakes.

We had a great getaway for Bacon on the Lakin event at Cayuga Lake. Easy check-in and property was as described.

Great stay in Geneva

Easy to get to, within walking distance to Seneca lake and driving less than 35 minutes to tons of wineries and beautiful Watkins Glen. So fun!

Charming place in quaint and walkable town to lake and restaurants. Great location to drive to dozens of wineries, breweries, hiking, waterfalls, and other quaint towns.

Great stay!

We came to visit HWS and perfectly located with easy walking distance to campus and downtown Geneva! Apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. Would highly recommend and bottle of local wine was perfect addition as an introduction to the area! Definitely would return again!

The unit is in an older building but was remodeled and modernized. The unit sits on a hill and from the kitchen window you can see in a distance Seneca lake. There are two units, we were in the upstairs unit. The larger bedroom that faces East could use some black out curtains on that side of the

Geneva was beautiful and this place was a great location. We were not far from what we wanted to do. So many wineries in the area. Good food. Good hikes. Comfortable bed and living room seating. I would go back for sure!

We love the Finger Lakes and Geneva was beautiful. I loved parking the car at the end of a wine filled day and walking to dinner in town. The apartment was well done and comfortable. The shower was a bit too small and the lack of an ice maker was an issue, but not a deal breaker.

Great place to stay in Geneva

Great place. Place was immaculate when we checked in. Close to town for restaurants and bars but right off main road that takes you down the west coast of Seneca lake. So, easy drive to the wineries. I would definitely book again if we return. PS: 2 parking spots for the unit are available. Had a few conversations with the host and she responded immediately.

Had a wonderful girls weekend with friends for my birthday! Apartment was clean, comfortable and felt like home! The Hostess went above and beyond and even put out some birthday decor for me with some wine! The location is perfect and easy to get to wherever we needed to go! I highly recommended to anyone!
