Aggie game days are waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Location is only 5 minutes from Highway 6 and University Drive where all your favorite restaurants wait and only 3 & 1/2 miles from Kyle Field where you can watch your favorite team win! And, a Five Star elementary school is one block away with walking track and 2 playgrounds!
Marvelous 2 queen beds and 1 king bed await guests in the cozy bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, and AC during your stay. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a comfy sofa bed. Pack n Play available for the little one.
We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Local owner is always available.
Have fun in the large back yard and sit under the covered back porch with your family and friends where there is a gas grill for your enjoyment!

This was my first home! I purchased this house in 1985. Lots of memories made there!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The home is in The Oaks which is a nice older neighborhood in Bryan. Itâs one block from Bob Cherry Park and Johnson Elementary School.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Because Iâve owned and cared for this house since 1985 and lived in it myself, it has a great deal of sentimental value to me. My adult children have also lived there at different times before purchasing their own homes.
