The host is wonderful and very responsive. The place is clean and has all the amenities you need. The garage made us feel extra safe and is close to the airport. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay!

Excellent place to stay night before flight for a party of 6. AC was cold, shower was hot. Would stay here for several nights if the opportunity presented itself.

Nice place for one night

We stayed here one night after getting into SJU after midnight. It’s an older home in a neighborhood area. Great for our one night stay.

Perfect Location

Everything you need, is within a 10-15 minute drive - the beach, Walmart, grocery store, laundromat, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe. And our host was super responsive and helpful.

It's not a five star hotel, but it fully served the needs of six adults for an overnight stay before our cruise. Don't expect luxury, but plan for cleanliness, needed supplies, and beds to sleep on. Be forewarned that there is a lot of outside noise from the neighbors and nature. But if you need a place for a short economical stay for six or fewer adults, this will definitely meet your needs.

Quiet and clean

No issues, friendly and responsive host, who answered our questions and went out of his way to make it a great place to stay. Appreciated the garage and nicely equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for access to east side of San Juan.

The sound insulation of the house is extremely poor. Especially in the master bedroom, the bed is next to a tin wall that las to the outside. The personal hygiene products provided are very convenient. But the bath towel is not clean, and there is also hair on the pillow. The wifi is also broken, or the password provided is wrong.

Quick overnight stay, everything was great

Just needed a quick overnight stay. Was just what we needed for the 6 of us....owner was great, one small question came up. Called me personally within minutes to address it. Home had everything we needed, very close to airport, appreciative of everything.

Great home-base for San Juan

We used this as our home base while in San Juan. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the house is clean, and the porch with hammocks were a nice touch. It was a reasonable driving distance to El Yunque and several beaches. Our kids called it "our Puerto Rico house" and looked forward to going home after a day of adventures.

We were a group of 5 ladies. Our stay was a nightmare. The house does not have windows! Literally, no windows in any of the 3 bedrooms-only metal shades! The house is in a bad neighborhood, where people say up late and party or play loud music and talk outside, dogs bark on-and-off because of trafic not stopping without the owner calming them down. The worst part is that when any noise happens, the noise is incredibly loud--we thought that those motorcycles and dogs were in our house, literally! We not only could not sleep, but we jumped up. I don't understand how these houses can be used for rentals, since the travelers are not aware of the house not having windows. It should be disclosed. Even indoor noises, like the bathroom door squicking. We could not believe it. The surfaces were wiped out clean, but the rug in the living room is dirty, and the couch when laying down, smelled. I think we should get a reimbursement.

Por eso, nos sorprendió un poco su comentario sobre que las camas no estaban bien limpias o que no olían bien, ya que es CONTRADICTORIO con la puntuación que otorgó. La limpieza es algo que tomamos muy en serio, y hasta ahora ha sido uno de los aspectos que más elogios ha recibido por parte de nuestros huéspedes. Incluso, nuestro equipo encontró algunas de tus pertenencias todavía en la casa, por lo cual nos comunicamos con usted para devolvérselas. Aun así, valoramos todos los comentarios y los tomamos en cuenta mientras seguimos esforzándonos por ofrecer la mejor experiencia posible.
