Welcome to The Vibe! Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Ruoff Music Center, this stylish waterfront property is centrally located to all the north side of Indy has to offer. The Vibe features 3BR (2K/1Q) and 2.5 Bath, making it the prime location for your next concert, travel sporting event, or weekend getaway!
The open concept living room and kitchen area is perfect for your next gathering, and with our large outdoor space, you can enjoy dinner overlooking the water or relax in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit to cap off your evening. Let The Vibe be where your best memories are made!

The Vibe is a 1,300-sf property with a large fenced in backyard, outdoor dining for 6, fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs, and relaxing water views. Perfectly suited for groups of 6, the open concept kitchen and living room provides a central gathering space to enjoy a meal, movie night, or social hour before your night out.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Master suite King size bed with ceiling fan, a 43" Amazon Fire TV, work desk, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2 (water views): Queen size bed with ceiling fan, a full length mirror, walk-in closet, and 32" Amazon Fire TV
Bedroom 3: - King size bed with ceiling fan, a small closet, dresser, and 43" Amazon Fire TV
BATHROOMS:
- 1/2 bathroom just off the kitchen
- Full bathroom in Master King suite
- Full bathroom outside of Bedroom 2.
LIVING ROOM:

- 1 loveseat, 1 couch, and 1 oversized chair to comfortably seat 6 people.
