Njut av att titta på delfiner, manater, pelikaner och blå häger, och utrymmen lanserar också! Detta rymliga 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum hemma på en stor tunnland mycket har ett stort familjerum med öppen spis, formell matsal och vardagsrum, ett stort kök, en stor trädgård, täckt parkering, höghastighets trådlöst internet, två kabel-tv och tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
** Observera att orkanen Irma tog ut vår lilla brygga och skadade havsväggen. En ny sjövägg och brygga är nu planerad att vara färdig hösten 2019 !!! Men under tiden bör det ha liten inverkan på din njutning av vår plats. **
Se utrymme lanseringar från uteplatsen! Kortaste pendlingen till Kennedy Space Center. Disney World och Orlando attraktioner 40 minuter bort. Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral eller Playalinda Beach en kort 20 minuters bilresa. Att gå eller cykla är säkert och på landsbygden i det omgivande hemmet. Titusvilles strand, Playalinda, vid Canaveral National Seashore, är den längsta sträckan av outvecklad offentlig strand på Floridas östkust.
Indian River Lagoon är Nordamerikas mest mångfaldiga flodmynning med tusentals arter av växter och djur och har en av de mest mångfaldiga fågelpopulationerna var som helst i Amerika.
Närliggande Mosquito Lagoon är världsberömd för sitt fiske!

We had made this initial booking and then extended by a week because we enjoy staying here so much and we had an opportunity. Communication with Kathy was excellent and the check-in process was smooth. We spent much of our time in the covered outdoor area and in the pool. It is great to see so much wildlife in the lagoon and the contrast of rockets launching over the river. Great stay and we look forward to returning!

Amazing stay! Property was absolutely perfect for a week getaway. Pool was great, house has everything you could possibly need, very private, and we had amazing time fishing, and caught fish every day. Amazing view of the rocket launch was the icing on the cake. We absolutely will be back….

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this home. This is our second time to Titusville and can say this time was way better than last. We hope to stay in this home every visit going forward. The water out back was amazing. We witnessed stingrays and dolphins, daily! Bob, the property manager was great! Very friendly. You do have to drive through a trailer park to get to the house but they are friendly. Make sure you only go 5mph though!

4thYear In A Row

This was the 4th consecutive year that my wife and I have spent a week here. As always, the house was clean and well equipped! We love the views and the peaceful atmosphere. We saw three launches and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Bob and Missy were super friendly and helpful as always. Will definitely be making our 5th visit next year!

River front property

A great location across the river from the vehicle assembly building. We saw four rocket launches during our stay. Dolphin swam by almost everyday. The sun rises were gorgeous. The host and property manager are very friendly and responsive. The house has everything you need for great vacation.

Enjoyable stay

The property is really nice and the view is amazing. We enjoyed fishing and we especially enjoyed the space launches(we had never seen one before). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only concern was the dirty floor in the TV sitting room. The rest of the home was spotless.

Another great stay!

We always enjoy our stay here! It is clean and well maintained thanks to Missy and Bob who are great! Love to see dolphins from the pool area and the deck. Convenient to local shops that include Publix, Winn-Dixie, Target and Walmart, and local attractions like Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Twistee Treats and beaches. Kids took a surfing lesson at Ron Jon's which they enjoyed. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Awesome Place!!!

This house sits right on the river. Absolutely beautiful views everyday! Launches directly across the river that are watchable from the great sized dock. Can watch manatees and dolphins also. The pool is the perfect temperature for the hot weather and the house is huge and beautiful!! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

Cozy Riverfront Home

Stayed here with family & had a great time. Enjoyed the convenience of a private pool & fishing was good. Reminded us of staying in our family river camps years ago. Kitchen is well stocked & had all we needed to cook meals & clean up.

Quiet Place to Relax

This was our second time staying at this home. First time was back in June 2022. Amazing view of KSC and rocket launches. Close to the beautiful Playlinda Beach. We saw dolphins almost every day. House is well equipped with laundry supplies and kitchen necessities.

Great place for watching rocket launch

A little dated and no heating for pool but lovely views saw a rocket launch and really nice management Bob did all he could for us only have to ask and the cleaner made sure everything was cleaned twice for us

Relaxing spring break

Came to Florida to watch daughter’s college softball team play in Viera. This property is a short 30 minute commute to USSSA fields and a relaxing place to go after the games. Loved watching wildlife including dolphins and manatees.

Our parents moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 1960 and designed our family home to be built on the beautiful riverfront property in south Titusville at a time when the space program was just beginning. My sisters and our families currently live in New Smyrna Beach (FL), Tampa (FL), and Tilton (NH), but Titusville will always be 'home' for us.
