The open floor plan, combined with a modern flair, makes this home the perfect choice for your next getaway. The living room seamlessly flows into the grand kitchen, which includes a spacious dining area, ideal for hosting meals with family and friends.
The first floor features an en-suite bedroom with a full bath, providing convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious sun deck that overlooks the poolâperfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The backyard is your private oasis, complete with a swimming pool, sitting area, and lounge chairsâa great place to take a break from the beach and unwind. This home truly has it all!
The private driveway has off street parking for 2 cars, and the owner provides 2 on-street parking permits for Rehoboth.
This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $301.00.
