Our newly renovated mid-century modern unit will wow anyone looking for a unique stay in the downtown OKC area. Its chic interior design is complimented with mixed metal finishes and a dramatic jewel tone color palette, making you feel like you are living in luxury.

This modern quadplex in the Urban Core of OKC is the perfect location for concert attendees or anyone else coming into town for downtown OKC experiences. Located in the Ironworks District in the heart of the city with much to enjoy!

UNIT C

This is an entire unit with a private entrance using a key code. There are total 4 units on property.

Includes FULL kitchen (including utensils), WiFi, coffee bar, linens, towels, etc.

Short and long term stays welcome — whether you stay for one night or a year, we are happy to host you!

This unit is equipped with a personal work space: desk, plugs and high speed WiFi internet. Perfect for work-from-home folks or anyone else who may need a workspace.

The interior space has modern interior furnishings, Spacious 18' ceilings, natural light and a door to a shared back yard space.

This space has a FENCED BACKYARD with seating & tables; it is a shared yard space so pups may be present occasionally.

Classy property

The location was perfect for a show we came to see - within walking distance. The decor inside was classy and comfortable!

A little uncomfortable

The place was very nice, but we could hear the neighbor everytime he was talking. We felt uncomfortable because if we could hear him, them he could hear us. Also there was a lot of racket and loud shutting doors around 6am.

Waiting on a refund.

I went to stay at this house. It looks cute on the outside and the photos. However, the walls are so thin that you can literally hear the people have a conversation next to us. The hot water in the shower didn’t last long. Also, I booked this location due to how close it was to a brewery. However, upon arrival, the brewery was a lot further away. All of that could have been ignored, except for the ridiculous situation that followed. I rented for 2 nights. I went to a few places the day after I got there. When returning, the lock didn’t work. I messaged the host asking for the code. I told her it still wasn’t working. She told me that she knew there was an issue and that sometimes that lock “sticks.” I explain that I still can’t get in. She tells me to call her father. Supposedly he’s the owner and she manages the property from another state. I explained to her that his name is nowhere on the host information of my booking and this is terribly uncomfortable. As a single woman traveling I did not want to wait on a man that I don’t know to come open the door. Part of the reason I booked here is because it was hosted by a woman. Hello? The bear? Anyway, her father comes and literally laughs at the situation.He thinks it’s funny that the lock isn’t working and that I’m scared. I told him neither are funny.I actually gathered up my things and left the property right then. I called the host, Hannah, to explain how all of this is unprofessional and dangerous. Waiting on the refund.
