Amazing views of the river and down town from the large balcony. Enjoy the open space and light in this wonderful 2 bedroom condo with an open kitchen.
Near National avenue and down town is the perfect location to relax and enjoy city and river walks, an evening by the fire place, or just listen to nature from the balcony.
Very comfortable queen beds, large smart tv's and great views from the window and balcony.
The shower has been remodeled and you can enjoy a jet massage shower, large hand sink and plenty of space.

The washer and dryer are in the closet by the kitchen where you will find all appliances including a juicer, blender and food procesors.

The kitchen is fully equiped, and we have a dining room inside as well as comfortable table in the balcony for summer dining outside.

We love having people stay at our home. They enjoy the balcony, nature and a very comfortable place. We use vacation rentals as well and like when a place is well taken care off and comfortable, so we do the same. We strongly belief that we will not rent a unit where we are not willing to stay and enjoy our selves. Withnthis in mind we take care of the units as if they were our own, in fact they are

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is part of a near by historic district, and we love the location. Our personal residence is right next to the properties we offer for short term rentals and vacation homes. .We are just a few minutes from Downtoun and we have a great 5 K walk along the river and national Avenue. The property id pheniomenal and we trully enjoy our neighbors and the views.
