Stay comfortably in Peoria at this 2-bedroom one story spacious Casita in the wonderful 55+ community of Westbrook Village! This delightful property offers heating, AC, WiFi, pool, jacuzzi and golf courses. With a washing machine and dryer available you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. A neighborhood pool is right around the corner! Golfer? Play the many public courses located within a couple miles.
This home is conveniently located within 5 minutes west of the 101 near the Arrowhead Shopping District Close to State Farm Stadium, SpringTraining sites, Mariners & Padres, Royals & Rangers, Dodgers & White Sox. Barrett Jackson Auction (1//18/2025 -1/26/2025) and the PHX Open (2/3/25-2/9/25) and various other activities close by.
Newer Appliances and granite countertops anchor the eat-in kitchen. The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home. The great room has been updated with new furniture in 2023 and there is a 50" Smart TV for your use. WIFI plus Streaming Services, a desk and chair finish off the common area.
Just off the great room is a covered patio with a Bistro set and two lounge chairs. A propane grill is provided. The garage provides ample room for your sedan, van or standard size SUV. Driveway parking is allowed.
The master bedroom features a new King bed and 30" Smart TV. A walk-in closet provides ample storage. The ensuite bath has a large shower with great water pressure! The guest bedroom has a new full size bed with an appropriate amount of closet space. The guest bath features a full shower, toilet with bidet and vanity.
