**PLEASE NOTE**: we are located on a main street in a busy urban city. Because of our prime location, you WILL hear street noise from pedestrians and vehicles. Also, being across from the tennis courts, you will also hear noise from the matches taking place as well as practice sessions. But, they are fun to watch!!
