Relaxing North Mountain Casita with Private HOT TUB

Enjoy hiking trails, golf, mid-town culinary and cocktail experiences, and vintage shopping from our conveniently located North Mountain Casita. We're nestled between two trail-filled preserves at the northern end of the Mid-Town shopping and restaurant corridor. Just 16 minutes from the airport and close to the SR51 and I17 freeways.

Hike to watch the sunset at North Mountain, take a dip in the pool, fire up the barbecue and enjoy the sunset from the hot tub.

Our Casita is a 2-story southwestern-inspired condo situated between the North Mountain and Phoenix Mountain Preserves. We're perfect for one or two couples who enjoy hiking and golf and relaxing in the hot tub on the patio.

The space is filled with modern amenities, but has a classic southwestern charm with its traditional Saltillo tile floors and natural wood accents.

The Living room has modern furniture with power reclining functions and built-in USB ports arranged in front of a 55" HD Smart TV. Several board games, dominoes, and cards are available for your enjoyment if the weather doesn't cooperate.

The Dining area seats 4 at a modern wood table with a natural edge and leather seats. There is also seating at the breakfast bar

The Kitchen features granite counter tops and is fully-equipped with cookware, crockpot, other small appliances and enough dishes/cutlery for 4. Appliances include a full-sized refrigerator, glass-top stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. All are stainless steel and well-known brands.

The Master bedroom has a king bed with a firm tempur-pedic mattress and a 3" memory foam topper with a cool-tech cover for comfort. There is a chest of drawers and a large closet with hangers for clothing storage. The Master also includes a large, dedicated work desk next to the window and a comfortable, upholstered desk chair.

The Guest bedroom features a queen bed with a Sealy, pillow-top mattress. There is a closest with hangers, a small bookcase, and a wall mount shelf with hooks and cubbies for clothes storage. There is a full-length mirror on the back of the door.

Each bedroom has ceiling fan for comfort and a large HD TV with Roku services.

The patio is ready for relaxing with an amazing Hot Tub and a Roku TV. A propane gas grill is provided, along with a Tiki Toss game.

A private laundry room is located off the patio, where the pool towels and floaties are also stored.

You'll have access to the entire Casita, grounds, and community pool.

Ronda and I rely on our fabulous partner, Jesse, who helps us with reservations and guest services. She'll take fantastic care of you!

House Rules:

Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.

**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour.

Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking

No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises.

No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine and for every piece of evidence of smoking/drug use I will charge $25 dollars additionally (ashtrays, cigarette butts, Illegal substances)

NO PARTIES/events... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.

If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.

Late checkout's can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given.
(Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)

No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.

Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.

Shower with soap and water before entering the Hot tub.
Enter and exit hot tub slowly and where the stairs are located.
No jumping or diving in.
NO GLASS in or near the hot tub.
Use of alcohol, narcotics or medications is not permitted on the premises and in the hot tub.
Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry.
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Please replace spa cover after each use.
Please do not sit or lie down on the spa cover.
Please turn off Jets after use.
Please do not use soap or oils in the spa.
