Ett fristående radhus på toppen av Clearbrook 1. Gå till en yttre och inre foajé. Från den inre foajén huvudet uppe till det öppna konceptet vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Den här nivån rymmer också ett halvt bad och går åt däcken. I vardagsrummet slappna av med en eld i vedeldad spis medan du tittar på plattskärms-TV. Du kan också laga en måltid i det moderna köket och njut av det hela i det rymliga matbordet. Ovanför vardagsrummet är ett litet sittplatser där du kan sitta och chatta eller njuta av en bra bok. Nivån över sittande loftet rymmer sovrummet svit med queen size-säng, tv och fullt privat badrum med bubbelbadkar. På nivån under entréen finns två sovrum, ett badrum och ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Ett sovrum har en queen size-säng och TV. Det andra sovrummet har två pyramider (tvilling över hela) våningssäng och en liten tv.

Njut av byns simma-, tennis- och fitnessklubb med två inomhuspooler, två utomhuspooler, tre bubbelpooler (en utomhus), bastu, gym och 12 tennisbanor för din njutning.

Lokalt kommer du att hitta gott om säsongs- och helårsaktiviteter för att fylla din tid inklusive shopping, golf, minigolf, nöjesparker (inklusive en lokal vattenpark), gondol / spårvagnsrutter, naturattraktioner, skidåkning och snowboard, nordisk skidåkning, snöskor, vandring, mountainbike, flod simning, kajakpaddling, fågelskådning och mycket mer.

Shuttle bus service till Loon Mountain Ski Area är tillgänglig helger och helgdagar under säsong.

Great time

Most everything was great. Clean, nice location, great facilities and well stocked. My only complaint is that the fridge/freezer worked minimally. Bought ice cream the first night and it melted. Ended up having to cook the meat days ahead because of it which was a downer but everything else was great! I would 100% stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience both with the staff at the rental agency and with the condo itself. The staff were very kind and professional, answering all of our questions and helping to find the perfect home to fit our needs. The rental was very comfortable, clean and very well stocked with all the necessities and more. Our only concerns are the parking and refrigerator/freezer. If more condos in the Big Bear area were occupied, parking lot would be very difficult getting in and out. Luckily for us, only one condo was occupied during our stay. The freezer ice area was not freezing the ice cube trays and ref Rita tot. , although turned up as high as possible, wasn’t keeping the food as cold as normal even though we did not have it filled with food.But overall, this rental was one of our favorites so far 😄

Family Ski Weekend

Wonderful stay, Loon Reservation Service was helpful, quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. The condo was clean and sunny. The shuttle service was easy and super convenient. The ski conditions were excellent! Can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to stay

This condo was perfect for my family. We went for a ski weekend at Loon and the location couldn’t be any better. Less than a 5 minute ride to mountain. The cleanliness and all of the amenities were perfect. We would definitely love to rent this again! Thank you.

Santa’s village

The condo was perfect for our group of two families. It was also a great location for sightseeing in NH and going to Santa’s Village. The only downside was there was no hot water on our last day. I had to take a cold shower which was not fun. It was our checkout day so there wasn’t time to call anyone. Other than that we were very comfortable there.

December ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasant people to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I do wish checkout was at 11am, not 10am. In addition to affording us more time to relax before loading the car, it would also allow us to wander into one of the nearby restaurants for lunch before we left town.

Great location, great layout, dirty, rediculous fees

Pros: Close to mountain, Layout great, adequate space, big dining table, Quiet area. Allowed dogs Felt like home Cons: ridiculous fees (will never again book with that many fees) Place was dirty, I had to clean the whole house of prior dirt and dog hair, mopped all floors, disinfected counter tops, cleaned all utensils and drawers in kitchen which were filled with crumbs and dog hair. Entryway smelled like cat urine Wasn’t provided enough towels until too late.

End of summer family trip

Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient HVAC, laundry room, pet friendly (thanks!), beautiful window views with shades for privacy, and plenty of room. Everything worked as expected (remotes for tvs, ceiling fans, AC). Nice size deck not shown in photos but at rear of house with a forest view. Bunk room has a cute little alcove for kids to hang out in. Excellent "home base" for all area attractions, dining, and shopping (we are frequent visitors to this area). Village of Loon recreation facilities could use some reconditioning, but the pools and views are great and just a short drive from this unit. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend! One of the nicest rentals I have stayed in over the years.

The house itself was plenty big for our group to relax and be our home base. It was well laid out with a game area, laundry area and mud room type area to help. The separate upstairs master bedroom and open kitchen and dining area were all very nice. There was so much to do in Lincoln and the surrounding areas that 4 nights was just not enough!
