Welcome to your perfect Palm Springs retreat! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the gated Broadmoor community offers 1,178 sq ft of comfort and tranquility. Ideal for up to 4 guests, this home features both a king and queen bed, with each bedroom being en-suite for maximum privacy.
Key Features:
Fully Equipped Condo: Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen, perfect for those nights when you want to dine in. Bathrooms are ready to go with shower products, hair dryers, and plenty of towels for all guests.
Outdoor Living: Enjoy two private balconiesâa serene, garden-centric space facing east, and another with outdoor seating overlooking the pool and facing west. Ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.
Community Amenities: Take advantage of the community's two pools and 2 hot tubs. With one pool just 20 steps away and plenty of space, overcrowding is never an issue. We've also got you covered for the community area with a selection of pool towels and BBQ grilling utensils.
Comfort & Connectivity: Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi, relax with central heating and air, and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV with cable and local channels.
Prime Location: Located in the highly sought-after Broadmoor community, this condo is within walking distance of a Vons grocery store and Starbucks. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Goat Trail (GT) Trailhead is just across the street, providing easy access to stunning hikes and nature walks.
