Get ready for the ultimate, fun-filled getaway to Nashville at this perfectly pink, three-story home located just minutes from the heart of Music City! Kick back and relax in the comfort of this uniquely styled home designed by Brooke Hogan to put a smile on your face and ensure you and your guests have an amazing time together. Located in a small, gated community, we are only 4 miles from Broadway (about a ten minute Uber ride).
The open great room is bathed in natural light and adorned with colorful and stylish decor and furnishings, perfect for all your photo op opportunities. Visiting chefs will love the well-equipped, island kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances and counter seating. Each bedroom has a large private en-suite bathroom.
The garage is currently set up as a game room complete with a lounge area, TV, ping pong table, and hand painted mural.
Additional features and amenities found at this duplex include a balcony off the main bedroom with a bistro table and chairs, central air-conditioning, guest parking inside the complex, and a private washer/ dryer.

Our home is located next to a Kroger grocery store for all your shopping needs. White Bridge/ Sylvan Park neighborhood is a safe area in Nashville thatâs only a few miles from Broadway. You are close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown that an Uber ride is less than 10 minutes and far enough that you can escape the music and noise.
