Luxurious Villa with Stunning Ocean Views

Located in the Peterborg area near Magen’s Bay, Hammer Time is a lovely home bursting with amenities to make your stay in the Virgin Islands everything you’ve dreamed of. To say the ocean views are stunning is an understatement. Gaze across the edge of the pool to the beautiful turquoise of the ocean speckled with other US and British Virgin islands in the backdrop. You must see for yourself.

The villa sleeps 6-8 Adults comfortably. Each of the three main bedrooms has a gorgeous view of the ocean, a private bath, patio access, AC and TV. The fourth bedroom is a children's room with one Queen bed, no attached bathroom. The 1/2 bath is right across in the hallway.

The entire property is surrounded by custom gardens and a wide variety of beautifully cared for orchids. At the side of the villa there are quiet nooks to contemplate the beautiful view and be surrounded by nature.

Hammer Time is tucked away in the gated community of Sydney’s Fancy on the Peterborg Peninsula. The fantastic beach at Magen's Bay is just a short drive.

Hammertime - Incredible!

Wonderful stay for my clients!

Great Virgin Island retreat

With a fabulous view of the rising sun and the US and BVI islands in the distance, the home is a great, relaxing retreat for our two couples. Brit was a great local contact for both the house and the island as a whole. Look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect USVI Home!

Great location, amazing views of usvi and bvi from patio/pool, perfect home for our family of 5 (would also work great for 4 couples), easy access to all St Thomas and St John have to offer! And host Brit was fantastic to work with and checked in with us ahead of and during the stay to ensure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely plan another stay at Villa Hammertime!

Beautiful Property

The setting could not have been lovelier - from beautiful views of the ocean to the tropical landscaping. Even though we chose to spend most of our time by the pool in comfortable chairs, the house itself is also very welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook on occasion. The proximity to the best beach on the island is also a plus.

Beautiful Home with Great views

Home was gorgeous with fabulous views. Pool and outdoor area was perfect for family dinners and entertainment. The home is about 20 minutes from Red Hook (grocery, restaurant and ferry) which was fine by us! Secluded, private community close to Magen’s Bay which is so pretty and great for swimming! We had a great time!

Wonderful place to stay! Spectacular views! Very clean, peaceful, and a great place for the family!

We could not ask for a better place to stay. We brought the whole family and they loved it! We enjoyed the house enough that we remained there half the days to relax at the pool, take in the sun, and just appreciate the spectaclar views. It was a great vacation and we are grateful for such a wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend this home! We would say more but that would simply not be necessary as it can be summed up with one word...fantastic!

Hammertime is the real deal!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay, the view was amazing the house was spacious for our family and Brit was super helpful both while we were there and while we were planning our arrival. I couldn't say enough good things about Hammertime. Book it, you wont regret it!

Beautiful property above Megans Bay

Beautiful property above Megans Bay This wonderful home with three master suites and one twin bedroom provides a excellent overlook of ocean and islands From every room. The caretaker was very timely and efficient with communication yet not overbearing and not intrusive. While there is some mild evidence of wear due to the harsh environment, overall the home is in excellent shape and will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular St Thomas Property

This was my first time going to St Thomas, and I went with my fiancée and two other couples - Hammer Time could not have been more amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone, it was clean, so SO quiet, and overall such an amazing time! Britt was extremely helpful and responsive and the house had everything you could need (snorkel gear, towels, pool floaties, cooler, etc). We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the deck by the pool that overlooks the ocean, and our afternoons at different beaches around the island. All of our dinners were roughly a 15-20 minute drive (we rented a car which was an adventure, but definitely worth it). Magen’s Bay was less than 5 minutes away, and truly incredible. We will absolutely be returning to this property for future trips!!

Breathtaking views!!!

We just left Hammertime yesterday. I wish that we could go back!! The views were amazing!! The pool refreshing!! Bed were comfortable, towels were soft. It was like being at home but with the sounds of a relaxing ocean out our back door!! Brit was wonderful!! She check on us and also thought to warn us about the rains and the possibility of roads flooding!! The only down fall was the stairs… but totally worth every step!!

Stunning Views

I have stayed at the property in St. Thomas a couple of times and I always leave yearning to return. Each morning I awake and take my coffee to the porch over looking the ocean and gaze at the amazing coastal view that is as breathtaking as it is dramatic. Simply gorgeous. The bedrooms and bathrooms all have their own special touches and details. Even the shower had an ocean view which makes for a unique bathing experience. St. Thomas itself is a treasure in the Caribbean. Beautiful world renowned beaches, good restaurants, and fantastic scenery. And this house is the perfect place to stay while exploring the island and all it has to offer.

More than expected!!!!!

Hammertime was my all time favorite vacation! The views are amazing, house was as pictured and the property management team was always available with any questions. They meet us at the airport and brought us to the house and we were having a great time as soon as we got there! Wifi was a little off and on. I wasn't concerned, but we had a few guest that needed to work (crazy!)!! I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Hammertime Villa St. Thomas

Hammertime is a beautiful, spacious home that was perfectly described in the listing. The home is well stocked and comfortable. We spent much of our time out on the large patio surrounding the pool. The patio offered shade and sun which worked well for everyone in our group. The views are spectacular and Magen's Bay Beach is super close. Brit was very responsive and does a fantastic job as Property Manager! We had a typical issue with an appliance on Sunday and they were there within a few hours with a brand new replacement. We would 100% rent this property again and can't wait to return.

Relax & Enjoy!

The pictures do not do the house or the views justice. The house was incredibly roomy for our family of adults, 10 + 14 yr old. Ordering groceries in advance was very helpful. You absolutely need a car. Proximity to everything we wanted to do was 20 minutes. Megan’s bay beach was an easy drive and Brit has some chairs we used. Have coffee in the out door small deck. The kitchen was stocked w many condiments which was very helpful for grilling or easy breakfast. Thank you for having us!

Max luxury. Amazing view. Killer driveway. Great place to hide from a virus.

our family of 9 had a terrific experience overall. This villa is just as offered and well stocked for those flying in Chartered 50 foot catamarans was well worth the price. Check in with Jillian went well and she bought the groceries the day before was a big time saver. Delta did cost us a day on the tail end and leasing agent would not refund the 9th day so you may pay for the airlines changes in schedules that are out of your control. All in all this was a terrific place to spend a virus lockdown.

Island living perfected!

Wow! That's all we could say when we walked into this stunning home. The entire house seems to open up to the ocean and the breeze. Sliding doors are in almost every room giving you an unbelievable view everywhere you turn. The back deck is amazing. The whole place is open, airy and beautiful. You can't help but feel relaxed here. This is truly island living. And beautiful Magens Bay is only minutes away. The beach is perfect, we enjoyed the far end, away from the restaurant, as most people congregate by the restaurant and bar. We did not want this trip to end but we will be back.
