1. All-in-One Hangout: The kitchen, living room, and eat-in kitchen are all besties in our open-plan space. It's the heart of the home. We now have AIR CONDITIONING in this area after hearing your feedback!! But during the winter months, many may still prefer to open the sliders and feel the ocean breeze!
2. Kitchen of Wonders: Our gourmet kitchen is a foodie's paradise with a gas stovetop, dishwasher, ice maker, and even a Ninja Blender – because smoothies and margaritas are essentials, right?
3. Channel Surfing Central: Cable TV awaits in the living room, with tons of comfy seating for those epic movie nights.
4. Double Trouble: Don't forget the bonus hangout space on the lower level – because sometimes one living room just isn't enough for all your awesome stories and games!

1. The Primary Retreat - Bedroom One on the main level, fit for royalty with a king bed, a bathroom featuring double sinks, vanities, and a shower fit for a marble king or queen. Plus, it's got its own balcony, perfect for those scenic sunrise greetings through sliding glass doors.

2. Bedroom Two - Downstairs, you've got a king-sized retreat, complete with air conditioning for that perfect chill vibe. The en-suite bathroom boasts double sinks and a gorgeously marbled shower, plus it's got direct access to the lower shaded deck for those cool evening breezes.

3. Bedroom Three - Right next door on the lower level, it's all about options. The room is typically set up with a king bed, but we can arrange for twin beds if you prefer—just let us know.. With air conditioning, a double-sink en-suite bathroom, and a spacious marble shower, it's all you need. And it has its own entry to the lower shaded deck for that fresh air fix.

4. The Cozy Cottage Hideaway - For larger groups, we've got a separate cottage as an extra treat. It's got a queen bed and a half bathroom. Just a heads up, there's no shower in this cozy spot, perfect for teenagers or anyone who wants their space but doesn't mind sharing a bathroom.
