No Hanging Clothes or Towels: Please refrain from hanging clothes, towels, or any items on the balcony. This helps maintain the aesthetic and safety of the property.

Grilling: Grilling is only permitted on the balcony if you are using an electric grill. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed due to safety regulations.
Occupancy Limit:

Maximum Guests: The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Please respect this limit to ensure comfort and compliance with fire and safety regulations.

A beautiful gem

This apartment was a great find. A welcoming change to our month long rental in Key Largo. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, a great location, and lots of amenities. We were surprised and pleased with how well it was stocked. We would definitely rent here again if we returned and highly recommend this unit. Enjoy!
