With sandy beaches and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Palm Mall is a 6 minutes ride from this apartment which is very handy.

Our charming 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 6th floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, the apartment itself has a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!). There is also free WIFI so sprawl out on the sofa and check those emails or upload your pictures of the day to your favorite social media accounts.

The views from the terrace and master balcony look over the amazing beach view outside your building , which all help with the great vibe. There is also a lots of wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes around.

As part of your booking we will provide you 4 access cards to access the beach, pool and gym.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'.

There is a washing machine installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 5 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed;

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest mall is only 6 minutes ride. It's called Nakheel Mall, it has a massive array of shops and even has a cinema.

The Neighborhood:
The tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah island is known for glitzy hotels, posh apartment towers and upmarket global restaurants. Food trucks offering snacks like shawarma dot the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, popular for its views of the Dubai coastline and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel. Beach clubs with spas and infinity pools turn into boisterous nightclubs with live DJs in the evening

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber if you prefer.

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
