Enjoy a leisurely dinner while the breeze and surroundings set the mood. Our place is surrounded by tropical trees from Jamaica, including mango, soursop, and ackee trees, creating a lush and tranquil environment.

The studio is a private retreat with its own terrace, offering you complete solitude. It’s a one-bedroom, one-bathroom space with all the essentials and more. We even provide beach chairs and an umbrella for your beach days. Everything you need for a perfect stay is right here, just waiting for you.

Beautiful & secluded

Cozy efficiency apartment including washer/dryer, cooktop, microwave, coffee & coffee maker. Perfect for my sister and i, wanting a relaxing place close to Clearwater & St. Petersburg attractions. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, luscious plants block view from the street and make the outdoor living areas feel utterly secluded. The rental includes a 6 foot privacy fence around the small yard outside the door, an area completely safe for pets. The outdoor living room and seating area around a bonfire pit feels like an expensive resort reserved only for you. Security cameras and lighting added to the sense of feeling completely safe. The host was not on site, but available at any time should we need her. I love, love, love this place and look forward to staying here again.

I absolutely love my neighborhood for so many reasons! It’s just a stone’s throw away from Clearwater Beach, one of the most award-winning beaches in Florida, which makes for perfect sunny days and beautiful sunsets. I have built great relationships with my neighbors over the years, creating a strong sense of community that I truly cherish. For golf lovers and business professionals, there are fantastic golf courses nearby, adding to the area’s appeal.

Safety is a priority here—I've never felt danger or fear in my home. Plus, we’re conveniently located near essential stores, including shopping malls, restaurants, gas stations, and CVS/Walgreens, making life easy and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I’m grateful to call it home!
