Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers ample parking for 3+ cars. Once inside, all living spaces are conveniently located on one level. The living room and kitchen feature high vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: Enjoy the spacious master bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience, and a TV for your entertainment. Walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is perfect for guests or children, with a twin bed and a full bed. This room also includes a TV to keep everyone entertained. Walk-in closet.

Living Areas
Living Room: The main living area is designed for comfort and relaxation. Unwind on the plush seating while watching your favorite shows on the TV.

Guest Access:
Please note that access to the property is through the entry door located on the second floor of the deck. Kindly disregard the door on the first level, as it is a locked storage area for our cleaning team. Additionally, upon entering the home, you'll find a small closet on your left, which is a locked utility closet reserved for property management. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your stay!

-200 feet walk to the best restaurants and bars on the mountain. They are literally located on the other end of our street!

- 2 minute drive to Rite Aid and Jensens Supermarket along with additional restaurants and bars

-5 minute drive to the lake and Lake Arrowhead village which includes a large supermarket, several restaurants, breweries, and shopping

- 5 minute drive to Lake Gregory which allows for fishing and other water activities.
