This property is inside of a gated community that has 3 heated pools, and tennis court. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Essential toiletries are provided.

You will enjoy this luxe newly remodeled condo in the heart of Biltmore. Fully furnished first floor condo with all the comforts of home, including Wifi, 2 Smart TVs, 2 pools and jacuzzi. The condo has beautiful wood flooring throughout, matching LG appliances with washer and dryer, and stylish furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses.
Relax on the comfortable sofa bed and watch TV on the Smart TV. The spacious queen bedroom has a walk in closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, and another Smart TV. Enjoy coffee and sunshine on the patio. You will have a covered and assigned parking space that is very close to the condo. Easy entrance from parking- just a few steps from the back patio door.

Enjoy restaurants, shopping, the AMC Dine Movie theater (walking distance) and Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. Not to mention the Piestewa Peak Moutains are only a 5 min drive away. Old Town Scottsdale and the Phoenix Sky Harrbor Airport are both 15 mins from the property. This unit is the perfect location!
