The chalet features 4 cozy enclosed bedrooms, a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms and offering ample space for up to 9 guests.

The dining area is designed to seat up to 10 guests comfortably.

The kitchen boasts a stylish central island, perfect for meal preparation and gathering.

Tastefully decorated throughout, the chalet exudes a rustic and inviting ambiance, with every detail carefully considered.

*ATTENTION*
The chalet is located in a new area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4WD car with winter tires in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.

*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

*TV*
We have a smart TV in the chalet, but we do not offer cable channels.

*BBQ*
From May 1st-Oct 15th

*FIREPLACE*
There is a wood-burning fireplace. You have to bring your firewood as well as your kindling and/or paper to start a fire.

*POOL*
Available between June 15th-Oct 15th

*OUTSIDE FIREPLACE*
The fire pit is accessible from May 1st to November 15th

PETS
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

*BATHROOMS*
**Make sure not to throw any baby wipes, condoms, tampons or others in the toilet, it will block our septic system which will stop functioning. A $1500 extra fee will be charged if you don’t use our toilets properly. We do have trash can in each bathrooms for that kind of trash.

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**

1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. All types of excrement (animal or human) found in the chalet or outside it will be charged at a cost of $60/excrement. By excrement we mean; urine, poop, vomit or other similar substances. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.


11. It is very important to respect our neighbours on the docks. Please listen to your music and speak at a level that will not affect our neighbours. Parties are not allowed on the docks. An additional $500 fee will be charged if these conditions are not respected

12. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
