Relaxing stay on the Indian River

This home is directly on the water with three bedrooms, an open concept main living area, remarkable river view, and modern appliances. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the wrap around porch. An extra bonus was private beach area and kayaks to use on the river. We loved our stay.

Needs little work

Nice home and location But parking was terrible! Sliding door in kitchen to balcony needs repair! And OMG Toilet paper !! Spend extra dollar and get atleast 2 ply other than that great weekend

Friend getaway

We stayed there for a birthday weekend and had the best time. The beds are so comfy. The view by far is the best, I think we lived on the balcony and private beach more than being in the house. The owner is very nice. We will for sure be back

WATERFRONT WEEKEND RETREAT

The views are AMAZING! quite place to relax and the house beautiful. Walking distance to bars and restaurants on Sebastian's charming waterfront.

Amazing Views

We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this home. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

From the time we booked this property the owner kept in contact with us and went out of his way for specific accommodations for our boat. The property is a high end 3/2 on the IRL and centrally located that fit our needs. Our group mentioned several times that they would like to come back and stay here again for a weekend! I can't say enough how impressed We were with this property & how accommodating the owner was. He showed me another property he is re-doing now and it looks to be the same theme with high end fixtures and a nice looking place...Just a disclaimer I do not know the owner other than meeting hime during our stay. If the owner is reading this thank you for everything and you will see us again.

Great rental just needs a few updates

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout for our group. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby area. However, we did encounter a few minor issues. The dishwasher wasn't working, which was inconvenient because of our large group plus the holiday there were a lot of dishes and we had to hand wash them all week. Additionally, there was an ant problem in the kitchen which did not go away the entire time. There were also heavy floor tiles in the main floor bedroom dresser drawers which was annoying to have to move them all. Despite these issues, the host had great communication and tried to fix the problems all week. We would still recommend this rental for a group looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay with a great view on the Indian River. This is a new rental and you can tell they are working out the process to present a 5 star rental, just not quite there yet.

Wonderful day.

This house is exactly as mentioned. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular.It is a quiet, calm, family oriented neighborhood. But not far from Vero Beach, which has more activity.The private beach with kayaks was great and we got to see dolphins . Would recommend for a quaint family or friends get away
