Wonderful holiday get-a-way!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sebastian, the property was perfect for our family. The host had the home stocked above and beyond what we would have expected and made it very comfortable being there, would go back and recommend it to anyone.

Sebastian get away

The property is just across the street from the Indian River and you get a wonderful view. The house was clean and well stocked and the host was very helpful with any problems.

Short trip

We enjoyed our stay in Sebastian and part of that enjoyment was living a while in this nice home. It has a lot of space and close to activities and restaurants. We have already booked for next year.

River house

Wonderful cottage! Was very convenient to where our Dad is in memory care. We fished right in front of the cottage and even though we didn’t catch anything, we saw plenty of dolphins! Beautiful sunrises

Riverhouse Gem

A stellar property and host. This house is in the most convenient area of Sebastian, walkable to many restaurants/attractions. We have stayed here numerous times and it’s just a perfect 5 star in all ways.

Oh the view!

Lovely house, roomy and comfortable and the view of the river was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning! Robin provided everything we needed including a lovely selection of snacks. Excellent communication and easy check in too. Highly recommend.

Lovely house! / Perfect location!

Robin was an awesome host! The house was as described and super clean. Robin included a lot of extras from toiletries to snacks that really made our 2 week stay feel like a home away from home. The views of the water were beautiful and the house was walking distance to all of our favorite places in Sebastian ! Would definitely stay here again :)

Birthday weekend

Came down for our grandson's birthday, and this house was perfect. Walking distance to Riverside Park and directly across from the public riverfront walking trail. Close to everything, view is fantastic, house was the perfect size, clean, and Robin supplied us with all kinds of welcome goodies (plus had all the staples on hand). Will stay again.

SIX stars!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The house is lovely--spacious, sunny, airy, very comfortable, and immaculately clean--and Robin was beyond wonderful in every thoughtful way. Location is perfect, with the riverside walking path and nearby park and easy access to shopping just blocks away. Neighbors on both sides were friendly and welcoming, too! This is a gem.

Lovely home for a getaway!

We rented this lovely home during Christmas week and truly enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need! Our wonderful host, Robin, had a welcome basket of snacks &water waiting for us upon our arrival. She also included an ample supply of toiletries (if you forgot it, she thought of it). The views from the home are spectacular. The sunset was gorgeous and the night the bright moon shined across the river was amazing! Our dog enjoyed the fenced in side yard where he played a lot of ball (plenty of room to run). We also enjoyed every evening in the side yard, watching the people walking with their pets and babies, as well as enjoying that nice cool breeze. Not only is it a wonderful home, it's very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. There are plenty of places to eat and do things within walking distance. This is a treasure I know I'll want to come back to! Thank you, Robin!

All the goodies!

Not only was the view perfect, but we had a basket of treats waiting for us and plenty of toiletries in case we forgot something. The home was very clean and the water was hot! We’ll definitely stay again!

Cute roomy two bedroom overlooking the Indian River

The River House is a home away from home for us when visiting Sebastian. We feel so spoiled when we visit. Robin supplies the home with so many goodies such as many snacks, bottled water, any cleaning and laundry needs, many personal needs, etc.. There are many CD movies, and games for rainy times. The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Indian River. You can't beat the view and location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Robin is a terrific host. The home is light and bright. We love it!!!

Better than we could have even dreamed!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everything you can think if, you have here in this hidden gem. From the small touches such as lotion, soap and toothpaste, to the big items like toilet paper and paper towels this place has everything. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Sebastian that's close to everything, cozy like home, and the best sunrise you can find! Dont hesitate - rent this place!

Perfect home and vacation location

I was so surprised how large and clean this home was! She left so much stuff for us to use, when ch worked out perfectly being disable and not being able to shop right away.This was my family's first vacation , I was a single mom and never could do this for my children.sadly I am very sick so I may not be able to do this ever again.so when I say it meant every thing that me I mean it.The splashrlpark and fishing and stores and entertainment all in walking distance .thank you for the memories

Wonderful Home

This home is in a perfect location. Beautiful views! We saw dolphins on our daily walk. Walking distance to several restaurants on the water and around town. Robin is an excellent host and provided a very comfortable stay. She even had some treats for us and a coffee mug to keep! Will definitely be back!!

Riverhouse

The Riverhouse is our favorite VRBO property of all time. The location cannot be beat…..walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, breweries. Robin is a terrific host. She provides everything you need to enjoy your stay and the level of cleanliness in her house is unmatchable. It’s one of the many reasons we keep returning!!

One Week Escape

The house was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. There were also paper plates and bowls, though we chose to use the non-paper dinnerware. The bathrooms were well supplied with towels, paper products, and various toiletries. The welcome snacks were also very welcome after our drive. The overall supply of these products made settling in an easy chore as we didn’t need to immediately run to the grocery store and, even then, usually found that something we had forgotten to bring or buy was supplied. This was a great special touch. We did have a problem with the satellite TV upon our arrival. There had been recent storms and the home had been unoccupied during that period. However, the owner, Robin, was there within 30 minutes and worked tirelessly to get it resolved with the service provider. We really appreciated her extraordinary efforts. The location was exactly what we were looking for. We launched our kayaks just across the street. There was a nice sidewalk/bike trail running by the house for us to take strolls and ride our bikes. It was a short drive to several very nice beaches. We also brought along our dogs. The house was very dog friendly. The fenced side yard was an ideal place for us to let them out without being concerned that they would escape. Overall, this was a great home for our one week escape. We highly recommend it and will stay there again if we return to Sebastian.
