Denna svit på femte nivå är tillgänglig vid Luxury Beach Rentals, vid havet och erbjuder spektakulär utsikt över den blå Atlanten från sovrummet, vardagsrummet, köket och balkongen. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, stor platt-TV och egen ingång till huvudbalkongen. Det andra sovrummet har två dubbelsängar, det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng som kan omvandlas till två enkelsängar på begäran och vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa i queen size. Du kommer också att njuta av stora platt-TV-apparater i alla sovrum och vardagsrum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit och ytterligare två badrum med bänkskivor i granit. Vardagsrums-TV-en har en Blu-Ray-spelare med WIFI så att du kan strömma dina konton med Netflix, Hulu eller YouTube. Det stora sovrummet TV har också en DVD-spelare. Gästerna kan också parkera på femte nivån och gå direkt till lägenheten utan att behöva använda hissarna!

Anläggningen ligger i hjärtat av Grand Strand i en ganska familjeorienterad del av stranden. Cypress Room är en prisbelönad restaurang som serverar frukost och middag varje dag med lunchalternativ tillgängliga på uteplatsen och i poolbaren under sommarmånaderna. Aktiviteter på platsen inkluderar inomhus- och utomhuspoolkomplexet som inkluderar en lat flod, tre pooler, spa, barnplaskbassäng och vattenfall / klippformationer med utsikt över stranden tillsammans med ett gym och solbränna. Lägenheten är tillräckligt hög för att undvika poolbrus på sommaren och njuta av total integritet. A rainy but great week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took our 2 daughters, son in law, and 3 of our grandchildren for the week. This was their Christmas gift. We all had a great time! The communication before and during our stay with the management was great. They always answered our questions right away. Even though I feel there are some minor updates that could be done, the condo was clean, spacious, and very nice. Would definitely recommend!

Great Property

This condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. The view was great and parking was conveniently located down the hall. Everything was perfectly communicated. I love the property. We will definitely return in the future.

This unit is well maintained and the views of the ocean are fantastic! I don’t believe I have ever had to register a complaint about this unit. It’s clean, it’s up to date and it’s a welcome oasis for me and my family. See you next year !

Perfect Location

This property is a great location. The resort amenities were very nice Pools and hot tubs. Overall would rent this place again. Plenty of room and great view on the balcony of the beach. Even the couch bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Rental!

We loved this property. It is quiet and beautiful. But, for the price, it would have been nice to have daily or at least mid-week maid service. But, overall it was a great place and we will stay there again.

Family getaway

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the waves in the ocean and we were close to the shops and Ripley’s Aquarium and WonderWorks. Our only complaint was check-in. I wrote on my form that there was only one flight in, if we could check in early. There wasn’t a guest in there the day before. We got there and had drove around for a couple hours and no one was in the office on Sunday. We left a message on the emergency number as I had an horrible migraine and just wanted to lay down.. We ended up sleeping in our car for another hour or so waiting for a call back.

Second Visit - Just as wonderful as the first!!

This was our second year staying at this particular unit, and we still love it! My wife particularly enjoys the live entertainment down by the pool each night. Since the unit is only on the 5th floor, it really comes through and is very enjoyable. Being able to park on the same level as the unit is also a very nice feature!!

Fun even in the winter

The condo is clean and nicely decorated. It felt vey cozy. Even in January, the views were beautiful. We saw a school of dolphins from the balcony. And we enjoyed hot tubing both in doors and outdoors each night. The 12 year old boys loved playing in the heated indoor pools too. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and across the beach with 180 degree view.

Great ocen view. Property needs few upgrades. Would be nice if owner provided starter K-cups for coffee. Lighting needs upgrade as few bulbs blown and clean utensils should be provided.

Most buildings are stackednon top of eachnother down the beach, but this one was well spaced from others, giving you more of a private beach experience. Indoor pools were a great option to have when it was cold or rainy. Balcony was also larger than most, which was a plus for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a gorgeous clean rental. Great for adults and children of all ages. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. The only irritating thing and it was nothing the owners could do. The people who rented above me must of had a lot of people and kids and they ran and jumped up stairs every night until 11 or 12pm. It was very loud. Again its not the owners fault and hopefully, they don't own it and only rented for the week.
