Du kommer också att njuta av stora platt-TV-apparater i alla sovrum och vardagsrum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit och ytterligare två badrum med bänkskivor i granit. Vardagsrums-TV-en har en Blu-Ray-spelare med WIFI så att du kan strömma dina konton med Netflix, Hulu eller YouTube. Det stora sovrummet TV har också en DVD-spelare. Gästerna kan också parkera på femte nivån och gå direkt till lägenheten utan att behöva använda hissarna!

Anläggningen ligger i hjärtat av Grand Strand i en ganska familjeorienterad del av stranden. Cypress Room är en prisbelönad restaurang som serverar frukost och middag varje dag med lunchalternativ tillgängliga på uteplatsen och i poolbaren under sommarmånaderna. Aktiviteter på platsen inkluderar inomhus- och utomhuspoolkomplexet som inkluderar en lat flod, tre pooler, spa, barnplaskbassäng och vattenfall / klippformationer med utsikt över stranden tillsammans med ett gym och solbränna. Lägenheten är tillräckligt hög för att undvika poolbrus på sommaren och njuta av total integritet. Great Property

Lovely stay

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort, but first time in this unit. We really liked how convenient the parking is. Nice to park right on the same floor and go right in to your unit. Everything was clean. Great view!

Good, but not great

We stayed on Island Vista 511 the week of New Year’s 2025. It was not crowded at all, and this was nice. The condo was as pictured online and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and we could watch sunrises each morning. The kitchen, living room, and master suite are as nice and spacious as any I’ve ever experienced in a condo. The resort is also very nice with indoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub as well as outdoor pools and hot tub. There are also many sitting areas outdoors and fire pits. These are all things we enjoyed during our trip.However, there were some things that were not good. The first thing you will experience is the drive into and up to the 5th floor of the parking garage. While this was a convenient place to park and unload considering its proximity to the condo entrance, the garage is very small with tight winding levels. On our first night going to dinner, I scraped the side of my vehicle against the wall of the garage going down the winding levels. So be careful! It is time consuming and nerve wracking driving up and down the garage to park on the 5th floor. And there are really no good alternative places to park during your stay. The next issue is the size of the extra bedrooms being very small. The other issue is a lack of activities for kids other than the beach/pools. There are no games (ping pong, pool tables, shuffleboard, etc.) at the resort.Although it was nice, we would not stay here again.

Thus was a great stay. Property management communication was top notch. Place was clean and had everything needed. Beachfront location. Amenities of the place were greatt. A favorite of mine.

Family getaway

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the waves in the ocean and we were close to the shops and Ripley’s Aquarium and WonderWorks. Our only complaint was check-in. I wrote on my form that there was only one flight in, if we could check in early. There wasn’t a guest in there the day before. We got there and had drove around for a couple hours and no one was in the office on Sunday. We left a message on the emergency number as I had an horrible migraine and just wanted to lay down.. We ended up sleeping in our car for another hour or so waiting for a call back.

This unit is well maintained and the views of the ocean are fantastic! I don’t believe I have ever had to register a complaint about this unit. It’s clean, it’s up to date and it’s a welcome oasis for me and my family. See you next year !

Perfect Location

This property is a great location. The resort amenities were very nice Pools and hot tubs. Overall would rent this place again. Plenty of room and great view on the balcony of the beach. Even the couch bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Rental!

We loved this property. It is quiet and beautiful. But, for the price, it would have been nice to have daily or at least mid-week maid service. But, overall it was a great place and we will stay there again.

Second Visit - Just as wonderful as the first!!

This was our second year staying at this particular unit, and we still love it! My wife particularly enjoys the live entertainment down by the pool each night. Since the unit is only on the 5th floor, it really comes through and is very enjoyable. Being able to park on the same level as the unit is also a very nice feature!!
