Vi är de nya ägarna till denna vackra slutenhet i Mar Vista Grande som ligger på 11: e våningen. Vi köpte denna vackra egendom med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum på grund av dess utsikt över havet. Denna enhet är en slutenhet som ger utsikt över inte bara havet utan också av Ocean Boulevard. Det är beläget i en av de finaste byggnaderna på Ocean Boulevard i North Myrtle Beach. Platsen ligger nära Main Street i familjevänliga North Myrtle Beach och i närheten av massor av saker att göra i North Myrtle Beach-området. Vi har nyligen uppgraderat möbler och fönsterbeläggningar.

Master bad har dubbla handfat, bänkskiva i granit, klädkakel med keramisk kakel med dusch, bubbelbadkar, linneskåp, klädkammare med inbyggda insatser, kröngjutor och mer. Gourmetköket är fullt utrustat med frukostbar i granit, sittplatser, alla apparater och staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek. Amazing stay over Thanksgiving break for our family of 4! The condo was very clean and all of the extra amenities did not go unnoticed. Really appreciated the plentiful amounts of paper towel, kleenex, bathroom tissue, soap, and dish soap. Also loved that there were toiletries for the showers. The fresh flowers were a really nice touch. The view of the beach from the condo is amazing! We loved all the natural light with it being a corner unit. And of course the kids loved the pool area. We will certainly be back! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! The space was impeccably clean, and it had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. From kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings, nothing was missing.The location was incredibly convenient, with Walmart and a variety of great restaurants just minutes away. The condo had a closet stocked with beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, perfect for a day of fun in the sun! I will definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free, relaxing getaway. Great communication from the owner.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mar Vista Grande! The unit was exceptionally clean and Michael provided everything we needed for our week long stay. Wonderful area! Loved the pools and Tiki Bar. Building was very clean. Condo had all the amenities you need. Kitchen is fully stocked. Owner quick to respond for questions. We had a welcome card and fresh flowers on the table which personalized our stay. We will definitely be back!

PERFECTION!

The place is spectacular! Everything you need at your fingertips. Special touches everywhere. Spotless, beautiful and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores but not in a crowned area. Steps to the pool and ocean. Elevators are very fast so you are never waiting. Great communication with owner. There is not enough space to tell it all.. just book it, you won’t be sorry!!

I loved this condo. We had no issues with anything. I they had everything you could possibly want in a vacation stay. The amenities were great. The balcony overlooking the ocean was my solace every morning to read and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Would recommend to anyone. Only fault we found was the beds were hard.

Amazing condo with even better views!

We absolutely loved our stay and the condo was the perfect space for our family! It was so clean and the beach views from our balcony was our favorite place to be! Our host were fantastic and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything and I guarantee they would have quickly taken care of anything if we had needed it. Definitely recommend, just not during our yearly week :)

Very nice condo with a great location

Unit was clean and as advertised. It is on the corner and ocean front so it has a nice balcony with great views of the beach/ocean. Nicely decorated with up to date appliances that function as they should. The resort was kept clean and well maintained. Will most likely look to stay there again.

Adequate, but unimpressive

The building is lovely, but the unit needed more care. The linens were sparse -- the master only had a single, thin cover on it when we arrived. The refrigerator's water filter broke during our stay and began spewing water, which we had to personally fix. When we let the owner know about this, he thanked us for fixing it, but the property manager never addressed this issue or provided more bed linens as requested. Overall, the owner was fine, but somewhat distant and rude. Would probably chose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Just A Myrtle Getaway

The fresh flowers and Thank You card on the table upon arrival were so sweet. The condo is beautiful and felt like home-away-from-home. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the Keurig. Extremely clean. We loved the oceanfront views from the balcony! The table on the balcony made a great place for family time. The amenities were perfect. Highly recommend!
