Denna lägenhet lades till på baksidan av vårt hus 2014 och är helt privat och tillgängligt. Hårda och kakelgolv, komplett kylskåp, djup bakgård, ansluten uteplats med gasgrill. 5min till zoo & 10 till Downtown, 2 till Broad Ave. Konstdistriktet. Exklusiv användning till lägenheten med kök och bad.

Comfy queen size-säng, TV med DirecTV och stor garderob med byrå i sovrummet. Fullt kylskåp och frys med vatten och ismaskin, brödrost ugn, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och skåp för förvaring. Twin luftmadrass passar i sovrummet och Queen airbed finns att lägga ner i köket (som kommer att göra det lite trångt). Byggd för att vara helt tillgänglig för rullstolar - alla poster är tillgängliga, nollställningsdusch, mikrovågsugn nedåt och gott om utrymme att navigera. Också, djurvänlig!

Det finns en privat ytterdörr för åtkomst (från uppfarten). Medan det ansluter till huvudbyggnaden, är endast sovrum, kök och badrum tillgängligt för dig inuti. Känn dig fri att tillbringa tid på vår uteplats och bakgård. Gasgrill & dartskiva är din att använda. Parkering finns i uppfart bredvid lägenheten eller under carport.

Great place to stay Home away from home, we were welcomed by the owner, the place was very clean ,Quiet, all our needs were provided. I will check there 1st if i travel back to the area .

Nightmare

One of the most horrible experiences of my life. Woke up in the middle of the night to Rapid gunfire that seemed right outside my window, my cat who was with me was very unsettled the atmosphere was wicked in the neighborhood was sketchy at best. Would not recommend

Disappointed

They cancelled my reservation less than 48 hours before arrival with no explanation. I honestly wouldn't have been so frustrated if they would have given a reason but they just said the place was no longer available. I then had to spend my precious time on my vacation searching for another place to stay. Less than 24 hours later they let me know the place would actually be available again. Needless to say I stayed elsewhere.

Cozy Cottage

This property is a nicely-done garage conversion that featured one queen bed, a kitchenette, and a H/C accessible bathroom. The outside had a good-sized yard for our dogs and included several patio areas. It is very close to the Memphis Zoo and we found several good eateries nearby on Madison Street. It's also got a straight shot south to the AP. The landlords are very nice and we had a good stay.

Relaxing and Homey

We felt very comfortable at this location. It is centrally located especially to the Zoo and Midtown. We will definitely consider staying again when we return to Memphis.

Close to attractions

Our hosts were very accomandating and helpful. Their home is close to a wonderful park to walk our dog, Beale Street, Overton Square and Graceland. The owners are quite the entrepreneurs and we wish them well.

Quiet + Cozy: Met all our needs

We were very pleased with our stay. They allow dogs, which was a bonus for us, and it was so quiet our dog barely barked (unlike him!). The owners left everything we needed for our visit to Memphis; I would recommend to a friend.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed a comfortable stay over the weekend for our 10k trail run in Overton Park. Convenient to everything, whether you want to hang downtown, in midtown, or in East Memphis. The apartment was exceptionally clean and we didn't need a thing! Looking forward to staying again later in the year for the St. Jude Marathon in December!

Charming and quiet spot.

We enjoyed the quiet and clean apartment. It was very private and was a great launching point for our Memphis adventures. Our dog Gus particularly enjoyed daily walks at nearby Overton Park, which was beautiful and amazing. The trails in the old growth forest are spectacular. Our hosts were extremely gracious and responsive and we are thankful for the restful stay.

Comfortable, Convenient, Everything needed for a stay away from home!!!

Cute and cozy

Absolutely loved this home away from home. Tenants were super friendly and available for any needs or questions. It felt like we were staying at our own little apartment. If we visit Memphis again we would definitely stay here!
