BelÀget 1 kvarter frÄn Broad Ave, kan gÀsterna utforska nÄgra av de bÀsta restaurangerna, shopping och bryggeriet i Memphis

Centralt belĂ€get i hjĂ€rtat av Memphis – 5 min körning (eller lĂ„ng promenad) till zoo / Overton Park & 10 till Downtown. Vi Ă€r superhosts vid vĂ„rt hem lĂ€ngs gatan och byggde detta hus nytt för Homeaway i juli 2018, med en studiolĂ€genhet ansluten pĂ„ baksidan (för uthyrning separat # 7177125). RĂ€tt tvĂ€rs över gatan frĂ„n Broad Ave. Arts District inklusive boutiquebutiker, hipster-kafĂ©, bra bryggeri & kran, fantastiska restauranger, konstgallerier och djuraffĂ€r. Vi bor precis nere pĂ„ gatan och Ă€r tillgĂ€ngliga om du behöver oss.

Köket inkluderar sortiment, mikrovÄgsugn, kyl / frys och diskmaskin. TillgÄng till kaffebryggare, grytor & kastruller, diskar, bestick, glas etc. TvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, wi-fi, 2 smarta TV-apparater. Skuggig trÀdgÄrd & ansluten uteplats.

Du har tillgÄng till hela huset utom pÄ vinden. Det finns en studiolÀgenhet ansluten pÄ baksidan dÀr andra gÀster kan bo eller som du ocksÄ kan hyra för mer utrymme. Uteplatsen och trÀdgÄrden Àr delade utrymmen.

The location of the property really through us off. It is at end of an industrial park, right on a major street that turns into an interstate. Very noisy location and the attached rental unit is occupied, which had quite a bit of activity. The bedding was very subpar. The pillows appear to have been repurposed as they are not fluffy and full, which makes you question the age of the mattresses. Some refreshed linen would go a long way.

Clean & Serene House

It was just as the title says, Clean and Serene. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have extended it for longer. I felt very safe there and even toolk my dog for a walk at 6:00 am and had no worried. Jamey was very helpful and kind.

Our stay at this house was awesome. The location was very convenient and very close to all the things we wanted to do. We had a great time. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for just a couple of days. This place was centrally located to the attractions we were interested in seeing. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Try to avoid school pick up time!

Nice short family getaway

This property is to the Zoo (fantastic for kids) and other attractions, fast communication with the host.Slightly noisy street being next to main road but overall a cute place for a short stay.

This is right off a freeway that has become a highway. The benefit of this is an easy turn at a stoplight. The house is great, and its description is thorough enough that I don't have to add my own. I loved the front porch. My (adult) kids were impressed with the cots and extra bedding. There is already beds for 5 without the cots.

Quick and easy stay.

This rental made for a quick overnight stop on the way home from a long road trip. The home is nice but resides in a slightly dilapidated areas of Memphis. The host utilizes a 3rd party booking service through VRBO that was easy to navigate, but felt extra. We paid our pet fees through that and appreciate that they allowed for dogs. Door code was incorrect when we arrived. Host immediately provided new code after a phone call. The home has other tenants or guests in a back unit we were unaware of until check in instructions were provided. Not a big deal. The home had a peculiar odor but after some fresh air, no complaints. Thumbs up for the back yard with a fenced in area. They provided chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers! Providing a coffee machine with some coffee on hand was also a serious plus. Would only recommend for a quick stay.

Perfect for a cute place to crash / backyard to hang out!

This cute little home was perfect for us: comfortable , well stocked and clean. It even had the supplies for snores and wood for the fire in the fenced in backyard. Snacks and coffee, soft towels and comfy sheets made for a great stay.

It’s a good stay except for the strong smoke smell

Overall, it’s a good home in a very good neighborhood. Very close to downtown and memphis most popular attractions. But the smoke issue was bad, unfortunately. The lingering smoke smell was very strong. And the rug was very much dirty.

Great little place for a stay

We were in town for a quick spring break stay with our two kids. This house was perfect for what we needed. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and we had a comfortable living room and kitchen area to be in after they went to bed. We were very central to the zoo as well as downtown. We loved our visit here!
