Carpe Diem ligger i hjärtat av Grace Bay och ligger en kort 15 minuters bilresa från flygplatsen. Vår enhet är helt uppdaterad och ligger precis på bottenvåningen; fylld med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Medan vi inte ligger direkt på stranden; Vi är en 4 minuters promenad till den offentliga tillgången till stranden.

Vi är den enda enheten i Carpe Diem som erbjuder solstolar på Grace Bay-stranden; så du behöver bara bära paraplyet och svalare om du vill. Vi erbjuder också hopfällbara strandstolar som du kan ta med dig till någon annan strand på ön.

Carpe Diem ligger inom gångavstånd till allt du behöver under din semester; så du behöver inte hyra en bil. Livsmedelsaffären ligger en 6 minuters promenad bort. Om du inte känner för matlagning finns det över 30 restauranger inom en kort promenad. Grannplatserna är värd för en mängd olika butiker från kaféer, konstbutiker, klädaffärer och till och med en polispost. Den mycket populära välgörenhetsorganisationen för hund, Potcake Place, ligger också tvärs över gatan i Salt Mills Plaza.

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location to walk to the beaches and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. We were given all the information we needed and the house was stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We’ll absolutely be back!

Clean spacious well equipped unit. Good restaurants, coffe shops and shopping a short walk away is super convenient. Access to Grace Bay beach is easy. Very quiet. Safe area. Owner is responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Carpe Diem.

We had a wonderful time as always! This is the second time we stayed at this condo, and it was perfect both times. The location is great with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Communication with Miranda was good and she responded to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic location

The location is amazing! The beach chairs on Grace Bay beach are in the perfect location too. Everything in the condo was so well stocked from beach essentials to anything you could possibly need in a kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! Was looking at a couple of different places in the area but picked this one, because it was gated and secure. Excellent communication with the owners too.

Perfect place in Grace Bay

Miranda and Keaton Have a great location. The condo was immaculate, and had everything you could need. Plenty of towels, paper products, soap, even sun tan lotion. The bed was so comfortable, if it wasn’t so beautiful outside you could spend the day there. They made you feel like you were a guest in their own home.

Wonderful stay

This unit is clean, well stocked and conveniently located! I overpacked having spent time at other owner rentals that were lacking the basics. That was not needed here. Shopping, restaurants, car rentals and grocery stores were all within walking distance. The beach was only a few minutes away and the walkway is beautiful. We felt safe on the property and rarely even ran into other guests. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went out. We were tracking a storm the week leading up to our trip. Miranda was communicative during that time and eased some anxiety while we waited to see the path. She was also super responsive when we were in the unit. Overall an A++++ stay. We can’t wait to return to Carpe diem and to see the crystal clear waters of grace bay!

Wonderful

Always a wonderful stay at Carpe Diem. Miranda and Keaton's condo is centrally located. No need for car. Many restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Condo clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need for your home away from home. They have thought of everything. Beach right around the corner and pool out back. Very quiet and relaxing environment.

Short but sweet stay in paradise

The condo was exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated. It’s on the ground level with a screened patio with walkout to the pool, which rarely had anyone in it but us, which was ideal. The location was very convenient(an easy walk) to many restaurants and stores and the beach. Ideal location, esp for those who don’t want to rent a car or spend a fortune on taxis. The host, Miranda, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Paradise in Provo!

My wife and I have stayed at a number of VRBO's over the years and have been fortunate to select many excellent properties including this one. What made this unit THE BEST we've ever stayed at was the level of communication, attention to details, and amenities provided by the owners. Most VRBO's provide a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, detergents etc. However, this condo was well stocked with everything you would normally have at home. We arrived an hour prior to check-in and were greeted by the property manager who was just finishing up cleaning prior to our arrival. Although we were prepared to go for a walk and come back in an hour he insisted that we come in while he finished up and answered our questions. What made this property so special? 1. Location - 5 minute walk to the beach; numerous restaurants within a 5 -15 minute walk (Bay Bistro to the west; Caicos Cafe to the east); 10 minute walk to Graceway Gourmet (grocery store); Salt Mills Plaza across the street and many shops up and down the street. No need to rent a car! 2. Cleanliness - My wife is a "neat freak" and the cleanliness of this unit met all expectations. 3. Smaller Building - with only 11 units in the building, the pool area was never too busy and was well equipped with a barbeque and lots of loungers. 4. The only unit that provides loungers at the beach. Although our last visit to Provo was 30 years ago, we definitely plan on returning to Carpe Diem next year. Thanks Miranda and Keaton!

First impressions

Arrived to a condo being cleaned. We did arrive 15 minutes before the 3:00 PM check in, but cleaning was not completed for another hour. First impression was floors were not clean, as grout between tiles was very dirty in many areas throughout the condo. Bed was very comfortable and all appliances worked well. We did enjoy the location and all the screened in porch.

Superb.

The property was exactly as described and was so well-equipped. We stayed for a month and it was absolutely a 'home away from home'. One or two very minor things needed attention during our stay but the response from the owner was immediate, with the required action very close behind. The great, central location means you don't need a car other than for any island-exploring you might want to do. An excellent place to stay and an owner who takes an interest.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO. Everything was exactly the way described online. Comfortable enough just for the two of us. The property came equipped with everything we needed, except food of course. Our host was very helpful during our stay. We loved all of the recommendations she gave us. We would highly recommend this VRBO to any couple looking for a vacation getaway!

The host/hostess with the most/mostest!

This is our second trip to TCI. We stayed at Beaches with family on our first visit. This time, the hubby and I were looking for a more personal, less resort-feel of TCI. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. Location - We did not rent a car. We were not comfortable driving on the opposite of the road than what we are used to, especially with round-abouts. (There is plenty of parking, and the condo is gated if you wish to rent a car.) We were right across the road from Salt Mills and within walking distance to many restaurants. Furthermore, we did two excursions with Lady Grace of Ritz Carlton. The walk to the RC is about 5 minutes, and the snorkeling trip and dinner cruise are open to the public. The beach access is also a short walk. The chairs on the beach are clearly marked, so we had no trouble finding them. The hubby enjoyed the umbrella and chairs, but I had a hard time leaving the water. The turquoise water is so indescribably blue. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the furniture/bed super comfy. There are plenty of ice trays in the fridge in case you love ice as much as we do. The kitchen is fully functioning with everything needed if you decide to cook yourself. Easy to work TVs in main room and bedroom were super helpful since we stayed during Week 1 of college football. The screened-in porch has two lovely hanging chairs, a clothesline, with easy access to the pool. Miranda and Keaton provided so many extras! We will definitely come back. Best place! Super clean and safe!

We loved it here! Very clean, great location and stocked with everything imaginable!

This was the perfect place for our anniversary. Very clean, great location and stocked with everything imaginable! We loved it. Miranda was great at communicating with us prior to and during our stay. She did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Very nice touch. The villa was clean. Towels and sheets were very soft. The location is great. If you've been to Grace Bay before, then you know how central this location is to everything - beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The walk to the beach is short and the provided beach chairs are great. The condo has three beach umbrellas to choose from if you want a little shade. Finally, it's a great sized condo. We moved from Club Med to this villa. Our hotel room at Club Med was comically small and dingy. The villa at Carpe Diem felt huge - nice size bedroom and very roomy kitchen/dining/family room area. It was SO nice to have a lot more space. It really is complete with everything - just bring your food and drinks and everything else you'll need is already there - towels, soap, laundry detergent ... even ice cubes. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation, amazing host!

Our stay couldn’t have been any better. We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary and Miranda has everything you could possibly need set us up with all our cookware, sunscreen, coolers yeti, cups, beach bags, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama chairs, great bedroom air conditioner king size Tempur-pedic mattress we wanted for nothing. I would recommend getting this place and also running a car. I think the car only cost is $350 for the whole week then you don’t have to worry about cabs. I also recommend going to the IGA instead of the little convenient store across the street. You will save a fortune it was about exactly 3 1/2 minute walk from the condo to the beach and the beach is absolute paradise. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
