Family vacation in paradise

We had a very relaxing and comfortable week in this vacation home. The location is wonderful! Host is very attentive and helpful. House is well equipped with beach chairs etc. We would stay here again if able to return here!

Great place for vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Turks. The house was very well maintained, including nice outdoor furniture and very clean grill. The house is in a GREAT location, the beach nearby is absolutely stunning. Although it's a 5 min walk, we chose to load up the chairs, umbrella and cooler and drive so we didn't have to carry everything. Parking was easy. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.We had some issues with construction noise a few houses up and mentioned it to the owner. It was tough to sit quietly by the pool with the noise, but their isn't anything that could be done so I don't hold it against them! I would love to come back to this same place. It is definitely as advertised.

Wow! Its our 4th time here, because we LOVE it!

Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed! I really hope we can return here, because we feel like we are coming "home" when we get to this familiar & special place! Thanks again for everything!!

Relaxing oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird villa. The style of the villa felt relaxed from the minute we arrived. Although we were early and the cleaner was still there, she was happy for us to drop off all our bags and told us where to go to stock up on supplies. The villa is in a lovely area and feels so private with all the trees and shrubs surrounding it. We loved the pool and swam in it every morning and when we got back from trips out. The beautiful beach is only a short walk away and although only small, we thought it was one of the prettiest on the island. We walked down most nights to watch the sunset which was different every night. James was very responsive and was happy to let us check out late as we had an evening flight, which allowed us to enjoy our last day even more. Would gladly recommend this villa to both adults and families

Hummingbird Villa stay

Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Owners truly have thought of just about every detail from beach chairs to scuba gear. We spent a lot of time at the beaches and we were truly grateful for the plethora of towels available to us. The kitchen was functional, the pool was great. The only gripe we had was that the main living area was not air conditioned.

Nice and clean

Owners were super nice and using the house was super easy. Location was excellent, nice gated neighborhood, very near to a beautiful beach. Pool was perfect for my kids. Only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning in the living room/kitchen which we were aware of prior anyway so really it wasn't a problem at all. It is just very hot in Turks and we didn't want to hang out much in the living room or do any cooking b/c it was too hot. But the bedrooms were very cold and we slept fine. Owners also provide several beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, toys, floats which was super handy! Overall it was a very nice house, we just prefer A/C throughout a house.

House was as advertised. Had a small problem with a leak from the rain that was a bit annoying but that was out of their control. Other than that house was great! Amazing communication with property manager.

Sooo good

Our family loved everything about Hummingbird Villa and it's location. Check in and communication was easy and timely. Made the 3 mins walk to very nice Pelican beach a few times. Very short drives to leeward/sunset beach and all grace bay beaches and locations. Made use of coolers and chairs (even delivered 2 new ones after check in) daily. In between beaches, made use of the great pool daily also. The house was also perfect size for 6 of us. AC was great in the bedrooms, most nights 1 or more kids even moved to non-AC living room because they got too cold (good thing!). Kitchen perfect for us to make breakfast daily. We would come back to the island and this villa next time in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Wonderful House

We had a great time at Hummingbird Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. We worked remotely on 2 of our days there and the WiFi worked very well with no issues. The pool was a nice, cool break from the heat and we were very grateful for the umbrellas outside as well.

Provo portion of longer stay in T&C

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood toward the east end of Provo. Only two of us, but plenty of space for several more. Everything you would need was supplied. Nice pool and screened in porch. Definitely would consider again.

Turks Vacation

Property was nice for the 4 of us. It was very nice having a private pool with a screened in patio. It would be nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen, aluminum foil (we only needed 1 piece), olive oil, etc. For use, larger beach towels (not kid size), 1 beach chair broken, 2 others rusted ready to break were afraid to use, 1 brand new. We had to pay for chairs and umbrellas at the public beach each day big expense.

Wonderful Neighborhood & Great Pool!

This home is located in a lovely neighborhood and residential setting. We felt very safe here. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach and a short car ride to Grace Bay for restaurants and such. Our kids loved the pool, which was much bigger in person than it looks in the photos. The house is very spacious and very well set-up for beach life. We felt very lucky to have found this gem to stay in.

Had a great Time in Hummingbird Villa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Hummingbird Villa, It was a very enjoyable and relaxed stay. Property manager Mario is very helpful, chilled and responsive. The vacation home itself was beautiful, with tasteful decor and modern amenities that provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing with kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene outdoor space, complete with a lush garden and a refreshing pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine after a day of exploring the area. The location of the vacation home was also ideal, with easy access to nearby Leeward beach and Grace Bay attractions. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at this vacation home. From the comfortable accommodations to the attentive hospitality, every aspect of my stay was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Incredible Location, Great House but "well-loved"

Everything about this stay was convenient and smooth - the check in was easy, the hosts were accessible, the house had all sorts of beach niceties and everything was clean and operational. That said, the furnishings here are in definite need of a refresh, from stained mirrors, warped raw wood countertops to old furniture, it's a well-loved place in an incredible location and you can't do better for the price vs value. We'll probably be back, but hope that there will be a quick refresh in the meantime!

Relaxing and wonderful holiday

Our comments echo those of other recent happy guests. The location, the pool area, property manager communication and furnishings were all as advertised and done very well. Hummingbird to us has the feel of a well equipped upscale beach house. We hope to return in the near future.
