The guard house will issue you a parking pass when you first arrive. Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces.
Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense.
