Du måste se det för att tro det ... Denna fantastiska lägenhet på översta våningen i VIEW ligger på HUVUDKANALEN i TABELL ROCK LAKE! Njut av den oobstruerade hisnande utsikt över sjön och de mest härliga solnedgångar du någonsin har sett direkt från vårt däck och det stora rummet.

Den välvda två våningar familjerum, kök och matsal med tak erbjuder BILDER utsikt över Table Rock Lake!

Utsikten över sjön som vi visade här i vår annons är ALLA från VÅRA däck och fönster. Vårt motto är, så länge du kommer till sjön kan du lika gärna vara på sjön!

Njut av frukost, lunch och magnifika solnedgångar från vårt däck eller precis inuti, vid det stora matbordet bredvid bildfönstret med FULL UTSIKT över sjön.

Denna storslagna rymliga och vackert inredda lägenhet erbjuder två sovrum på bottenvåningen, båda med bekväma queen size-sängar och alla med sitt eget badrum, befälhavaren med jacuzzi. Övervåningen loftet har en full / två våningssäng med en utdragbar rulla och också ett badkar med dusch.

Köket är stort och välutrustat med sittplatser 6 vid det vackra bordet med höjdbord på mango trä. Och plats för 4 på ön. Vi har till och med en våffeltillverkare och pannkakespjäll och naturligtvis en Keurig!

Efter solnedgången kan du mysiga på våra superkomfortabla randiga soffor och njuta av en film på platt-TV! Vi har kabel, Netflix, ett trevligt bibliotek med Amazon-filmer och gratis WIFI.

Det finns en utomhuspool bredvid lägenheten samt Emerald Point Clubhouse-poolen från Memorial Day till Labor Day. Om du gillar sjösimning finns det också en stig ner till vattnet.

Branson Bay Marina ligger inom gångavstånd och du kan hyra båtar, vattenskidor, kajaker och annan utrustning. De erbjuder utomhus inhägnad båt / släpförvaring om du tar med din egen båt.

Everything was wonderful! They thought of everything you could need and even some things you didn’t know you needed. Communication was always quick and easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great week at the lake

We had a terrific time at Table Rock, very pleased with our entire experience. The unit was clean, well stocked, and we had no issues during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others and we would love to come back.

Outstanding views!!

Beautiful condo, very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated!! Outstanding lake views and only steps to the water, we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets off the deck. Perfect location and close to everything!! Shawn was a great host with excellent communication. We made lots of family memories staying here, will definitely stay again!!

Beautiful water views

6 of us friends from all over the US, met up for a long weekend which we do in a new place each year. This year at Table Rock Lake. This property has fabulous lake views and plenty of room for 6 to sleep, relax and eat. We very much enjoyed ourselves.

This was a terrific place for our family to relax and enjoy the Ozarks. We all commented on the size of the condo. It was clean, quiet and roomy. Everyone had their private area and the Kitchen / Living area was very comfortable. The view was spectacular with the private patio.

Sight & Sound Trip #2

We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Branson to see the Sight & Sound production of Queen Esther. Our stay at The View was again comfortable, beautiful and enjoyable. We ate at Danna’s Barbecue, Fuel & the Hungry Hunter and this time also tried Carly’s Healthy Cuisine - all were worth a return visit. Spent a beautiful day on Table Rock Lake renting a pontoon from State Park Marina. Hope to get to come again. Shawn is a wonderful host to work with and made our stay super easy.

Beautiful Views, Relaxing Space

We found the listing to be spot on to our experience - incredible views, good proximity to all things in Branson (if that's your thing), spacious, clean accommodations. Host was very responsive and instructions for access and property amenities were clearly stated. Though you had to navigate a set of fairly steep stairs to access the elevator, having the elevator and the shopping cart was a god-send as the condo was on the top floor of The View - making for the incredible views!

Simply Amazing! All the comforts of home!

The beautiful condo definitely exceeded all our expectations, and then some! Not only was the view spectacular (as described), the condo itself is immaculate and well-stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It really felt like we were staying at a friend's house . . . right down to the laundered bath towels that smelled like home (not some cheap commercial cleaner). We kept exclaiming over and over . . ."wow, they even have this!" : ) We have definitely been spoiled by staying here . . . as the bar has been set high.

Best sunset views on Table Rock Lake

We LOVED this place. The homeowners were wonderfully responsive, check-in was a breeze, the condo is in pristine shape, fully stocked with everything we needed. A lovely retreat. This condo is the top floor, corner unit of the building. Translation: expansive, gorgeous westward-facing views of sunsets over Table Rock Lake. We watched the sun go down every night, and it reminds you the world is a beautiful place. We will be back. I saw someone mention that they were worried about the restrictions. We did not find it restrictive at all - it is so homey, well-stocked and beautifully decorated, I felt like I was staying at a friend’s condo, who had loaned us their place to celebrate our anniversary. We treated it that way and didn’t feel stressed or worried at all - in fact, it is what makes this such a lovely rental. You will love it here!

Best Property Owner!!!!!!

We had the misfortune of booking our stay during the COVID-19 scare. It is during times like this that people's true character is revealed. Shawn ( the property owner) was so kind and attentive. We were unsure of how to proceed and wondered if we should stick with our plans to visit Branson. Shawn was so understanding and supportive of whatever our decision was. Each time we contacted her, she was quick to respond. In the end we decided it wasn't safe to travel and she spent hours working with VRBO customer service to enable us to get a full refund. I hope to visit soon and know this property is well cared for and in a fabulous location. You can't always share the kindness of others but I'm thankful for people like Shawn during trying times.

Wonderful top floor end unit. Clean, spacious and comfortable - exactly as depicted in the photos. The large, well-stocked kitchen made it easy to put together meals. The view is fabulous - we spent a lot of time on the deck watching wildlife, boaters and the Branson Belle. Very quiet and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

This really is the BEST view of Table Rock Lake. Sunsets and moon views were amazing. Expansive views of the center of lake. Security onto gated property is like Fort Knox, which made us feel very safe. This property has distance from the tourists area's of Branson; also a good thing. Would definitely recommend a stay to seniors (like us) who need elevator access. All amenities were as advertised.

We are a family of five (+2 now) and we LOVE Table Rock lake and Branson! We think this is the best lake on the earth to play in the water and and enjoy water sports. Our Condo is our second home and we are happy to share it with other lake loving families who will teat it with TLC. Live, Lake Love!!!

It is literally the best location on Table Rock Lake for enjoying the lake and you will not find a better view anywhere on the lake. The lake views we show you on our ad are ALL taken from OUR own deck and windows. Our motto is, as long as you are coming to the lake you may as well be ON THE LAKE!!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are one of the few true "LAKE FRONT" condos located right on the waters edge on the main channel of Table Rock Lake with an "UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW" of the lake! This is a big spacious penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings is very well appointed for your comfort and convenience, with a huge, butter soft, leather sectional and a 85" surround sound TV! Three bedrooms (one is a second floor open wall loft with a darkening privacy shade) and three bathrooms, clean, comfortable. Each room has a ceiling fan and box fan, each room has two luggage racks and large closets too. The main floor bedrooms have blackout draperies and the loft bedroom has a room darkening shade that comes down for light control and privacy. The large kitchen has everything you could want for cooking and baking, making pancakes or waffles, and enjoy brewed coffee or
K-cups. Enjoy the outdoors from the balcony deck which offers complete privacy since we are the end unit. Being the end unit on the top floor, in addition to privacy, there is no pitter-patter of footsteps to disturb your peace. We have tried to think of everything you could want or need for your stay with us!
