We’ll prioritize cleaning the AC register vents and consider providing a small squeegee for the oceanfront windows to make it easier for guests to maintain the view. We do need to firmly clarify that guests are not asked to generate their own door codes. Access codes are automatically generated by our secure system and sent directly to each guest prior to arrival. These codes are unique to the reservation and active only for the dates of stay. We do not use any third-party website that allows access to other units, and we take the security of our properties very seriously. Regarding communication, we see that you reached out after business hours and our team responded the next morning at 8:35 AM. While text messaging is not monitored overnight, we do provide a 24/7 emergency phone line for urgent needs. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention, including the outlets and headboards, and will ensure our team addresses these promptly.
