This place was great - the beds were comfortable, the condo was spotless, and the location is great - literally a 2 minute walk to the beach down a private access. The pool was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Port Aransas condo

It was a good location for us to take day trips to different birding locales, but it is a bit removed from the main town of Port Aransas. The furniture was workable but kind of cheap. Didn't have any real issues.

Condo stay

Condo was a good location and as expected. Clean and the unit is well maintained. But the entrance from highway 361 is dangerous and has no lighting to indicate entrance, no signage and is not maintained.

Fun in the sun before the summer crowds

Enjoyed our second stay at this property in Grand Caribbean in Port Aransas. Quiet, comfortable, clean and great view of the beach and waves. Only thing needed was a sign to let us know we reached the address. There is no property sign except on the building. The drive to the property and entrance are not lighted which is difficult at night. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Wonderful time on the island.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sunrise from the balcony one morning with entertainment provided by a group of seagulls. Highly recommended.

Ocean View

This place was perfect for our family vacation (6 people). The condo is very clean! You can see the ocean from the condo, and can hear the waves from the balcony. I cooked every meal so the kitchen was nice. It’s a short and easy walk to the beach. The pool is next to a natural area which was very relaxing. The pool was very clean with shade and lounge chairs. Overall the complex was well kept. Lydia was very responsive when we needed anything. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Birthday Weekend

The location of this property is perfect! The condo was super cute! However; when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes & there were no trash bags in the trash cans. No biggie. The bigger issue was the plumbing. The tub & sink in the 2nd bathroom drained very slow until the sink stopped draining completely. It was gross and unusable. I would verify the plumbing issues have been resolved before I booked a reservation.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! All the essentials were provided by the property, the ocean view was perfect, the walk to the beach was short, and the beach itself was gorgeous. 10/10!

Relaxing in Port Aransas

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The balcony was a great place to relax and listen to the waves. The beach was clean. The kitchen was handy as we made breakfast so we could hit the beach early! I would stay here again. Lots of amazing restaurants with great seafood. And the dolphins off Robert’s Point!!

Snow bird week

Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great week. The condo stayed warm even though I couldn't find a way to adjust the heat. Having a full size washer and dryer was an added bonus.The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. The only thing I would recommend replacing is the drip pans on the stove. They don't fit and when you cook, the pans aren't level. We would definitely stay here again and love Port Aransas!!

Port Aransas Holiday

The condo was clean, the property location was great and we enjoyed our stay. Waking up to ocean sounds and daily sunrises were so nice! There are just a few small things that would have made our stay even better. The code to the pool gate was incorrect but another property owner was able to let us in. The water pressure was really low making showering a task, building material was left in the closet, poor repairs to walls and ceilings looked tacky. Also, having hangers in the closet would have been nice and routine supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels were limited. As a VRBO owner ourselves, these are just small things that would have enhanced our stay.
