We welcome you to our relaxing, luxurious home that offers modern-day comfort and hospitality.

Could not recommend enough, 10/10, everything was beyond perfect. We had a group of 8 guys staying together for a guys weekend/baseball game and the space, check in, check out, communication, location, etc... could not have been any more perfect. Would highly recommend this listing to anybody, beyond perfect location, host, and property!!!

We were a group of 7 in town for a ballgame. The location was perfect to walk to the stadium and downtown to explore. The house was immaculate and the check-in/out was so efficient! We received all the information we needed up front and the host responded to any questions we had quickly. Will definitely choose Avery House again if I’m back with a group!

This house was perfect for my family to share much needed quality time, joy, and lots of laughter for my daughter's graduation from Pitt. It is in a great location, is very clean and so nicely decorated! The owner was so great in accommodating us for our needs and was very prompt in any responses. I highly recommend this house for any type of stay!

I have taken many long weekend trips to Pittsburgh to watch Pirates games and rented many places. This is a top pick for sure!! Very close to the stadium. Only about 15 minute walk. I will definitely be renting again and hopefully for a longer stay!!! Having private parking is amazing and the private patio area is fantastic!! Not to mention all the upgrades on the interior! Also, the host responded quickly to all questions!!

The house was perfect for our needs (4 guys). Plenty of room to stretch out. Close to PNC Park which was our primary focus. There are 2 parking spots which is what we needed. The inside of the house is clean and modern. Fit and finish of the living space is great. There's also a great patio out the back of the house which we happily used. The dining room table was plenty large enough to accommodate a sizable gathering. Our host was great and was able to quickly drop off some extra items. Communication was always super responsive. Overall, a great place to stay and we'd be happy to stay there again.

Staying in the Pgh for the Marathon

Property is in a great location for access to downtown. Short walking distance to PNC. You can tell the owner has put a great deal of work into the property and takes pride in keeping it clean. This was perfect for the Pittsburgh marathon and Pirates game. Safe property in a charming neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great weekend stay at this house in Pittsburgh while visiting for a baseball game. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.The location was convenient for getting to the stadium and exploring the city. The block where the house is located felt quiet and safe, and walking toward the stadium felt comfortable as well. Some of the surrounding areas in the opposite direction seemed a little less inviting, but we personally did not have any issues during our stay.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the basics, and the whole place felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was responsive and made check-in very easy.We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Pittsburgh for a game or weekend trip.
