This is a great place to stay, has ample space for the family and is very clean. There is a wonderful view of the ocean and a quick walk to the beach.

The owner has a beautiful property with great views. His property manager Walter is very accommodating and very quick to respond to any issues or concerns. We will definitely be coming back to the unit for other stays.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The hotel was very nice and the kids loved the pool! Short walk to the beach, but the amenities made it worth it!! We hope to stay again next year! Thank you for a great week!

This place was great! Location to the beach was nice and the property was great. The pool is huge which our kids loved. The view was fantastic from the 15th floor. The building does check wrist bands so anyone not staying on the property can not join you.

Wonderful Stay at Mirimar Beach

Nice condo with great view. We have stayed here three times and had another great visit. Nice furnishings, easy access to the beach, and plenty of room. The host is very easy to deal with and helpful.

Girls beach trip

We loved the property. There were lots of extras that most rentals don't have. Lots of blankets and pillows, spices, coffee, filters, soap shampoo.. If the person that I spoke with had been kind, it would have been perfect!

This was our third stay in this condo, and our 6th trip to Destin. This is our favorite place to stay. Always so clean, and the property manager is easy to contact if you have issues. View is incredible and it is a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed it and hope to be back next year!

Location, location, location

Great area with plenty to do and places to eat. The beach is right in your backyard and watching the sunset from the balcony is awesome! The owner is wonderful and happy to help if needed. We would definitely come back!

Feels just like home but with location so awesomely located near the healthy, relaxing white sandy beaches and emerald green waters the Emerald Coast is famous for! This property was chosen because Ariel Dunes II has a superior view of the beach and the Gulf of America compared to Ariel Dunes 1. With new sofas, brand new A/C, new washer/dryer, new flooring, new carpet in bedrooms and all NEW WHIRLPOOL KITCHEN APPLIANCES including ice maker of course and filtered water!THIS CONDO IS STATE OF THE ART! A very short walk to the beach and with THREE SWIMMING POOLS (one heated) to choose from if you wish. The rates are extremely competitive with NOT a lot of added on fees like most condos! Photos don't do justice - YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!
