Kom och njut av vår totalrenoverade (mars 2015) lägenhet med utsikt över den 14: e farleden och Stewart Lake i Seascape Resort. Seascape Resort ligger på Destins östra kant och ger besökarna en avkopplande flykt men ändå bekväm atmosfär. Det finns 2000 fot med orörd vit sandstrand, 300 tunnland frodiga gröna och lugna sjöar, golf, tennis, basket, 5 pooler, cykeluthyrning och vattensporter.

Vår rymliga, snyggt inredda, ljusa (och rökfria) enhet är en av fyra i byggnaden och ligger på bottenvåningen. Det finns två sovrum och två badrum i vår lägenhet. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng med eget badrum. Gäst sovrummet har en uppsättning av robusta, tall våningssängar och en enkelsäng. Soffan i vardagsrummet har en drottningsminnesmadrass som rymmer två personer bekvämt. Totalt kan vår lägenhet rymma 7 personer. För din bekvämlighet finns det en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i lägenheten.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt nödvändigt plus mer. Det finns plats för 6 vid köksbordet. Det finns också en bonuskrok kopplad till köket som kan användas för extra sittplatser eller som skrivbord.

Det finns 3 plattskärms-Samsung-TV-apparater (55 ", 42", 32 ") i lägenheten plus en DVD-spelare. Gratis trådlöst internet finns också.

Miramar Beachs smaragdvatten och sandsand ligger bara en kort promenad runt Stewart Lake. Seascape har tillgång till privat strand med stol och stranduthyrning. Privat parkering intill stranden finns för gäster som föredrar att köra.

Attraktioner i närheten inkluderar shopping i Silver Sands outlet Mall, shopping och restauranger i Baytowne Wharf i Sandestin, djuphavsfiske, vattenparker, minigolf och ett stort utbud av matalternativ. De närliggande strandsamhällena 30A (Grayton Beach, Akvarell, Seaside och Blue Mountain) ligger bara en kort bilresa bort.

Great stay for a golf and beach vacation

Long drive from Orland but worth it if you want to golf and enjoy the beach. Awesome, cosy, clean and fully equipped appartement in an building of 4 At walking distance to the beach and with free access to 5 swimming pools on the property

Misrepresented and terrible communication

I’ve used VRBO many times and haven’t ever needed to leave a poor review. I honestly do not know how there are so many good reviews. My first warning should have been the very delayed response to messages ( days). After checking in, there was not a binder of info about the property or area like there has been at every other VRBO we have stayed in. We then spent a lot of time driving around the property trying to locate the heated pool and the hot tub since there wasn’t any info available to tell us where to go. We specifically chose this place even though it was 400 higher than the other place we considered, because the listing stated there was a heated pool AND a hot tub. This was important to us because we were traveling in April. We for sure wanted a hot tub knowing that it could be cool at times. It was a very disappointing discovery that a hot tub did not exist. This was a top priority for our kids. When I messaged the host, she offered us a refund if we wanted to pack up and find another place to stay. I spent hours researching out a place for us to stay prior to booking that met our wishlist. We spent more than we wanted to ensure we had the things we wanted. If you have ever packed a family of 5, drove all night, then unloaded the car, you would agree that spending valuable time searching out another place AND then need to repack and then unpack was not a reasonable option. We are incredibly disappointed with this host.

Great Destin Getaway Spot

This is our 2nd time staying in Seascape. We love the community feel, the multiple pools, pickleball courts & easy beach access. We love the convenience to multiple dining & shopping options close by as well. 16B is a property we will defining is it again in the future. The interior has been completely updated, the beds are comfortable & having access to a washer & dryer was such a treat! Robin is an excellent hostess with clear communication for check in/out procedures. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape golf villa. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner there several nights. The tennis court and pool are right behind the condo, and the front porch has a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. We hopped in the car and drove about 2 minutes to a private parking lot right across from the beach each time we went. My husband and son enjoyed golfing during our stay as well. There is plenty to do for an active family, and we loved our time here!

Fun for a family of six!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a fantastic weeklong stay. Robin made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We definitely enjoyed our coffee and the early morning view from the patio as it overlooked the golf course and a small pond. We chose to walk to the beach, which was only about a 10-12min walk, (with full beach gear). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and dinners! Bedrooms and closers were sized appropriately and all of the beds were comfy. One of the 5 resort pools was located within about 100 yards of the condo which was very convenient! Overall this unit was just right for us, and we felt that the resort was quiet, safe, and conveniently located in town for our needs.

Wonderful host! Great condo!

We had a great stay at the golf villas. Robins condo is well put together and most importantly clean. We had a couple of small hiccups the first day and Robin worked really hard to ensure everything was resolved promptly and effectively.

Wonderful oasis!

We really enjoyed how quiet and serene the villa was within the large Seascape resort! Having the pool so accessible was perfect when we didn’t want to go to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few times for a family of 6. Winn Dixie and Dollar General are less than 10 minutes away to get groceries and other items. I can’t wait to return and stay here again!

Good and clean, nice size rooms, nice view of the lake. The plumbing might should be labeled. It was backwards in the masterbath. It's about a third of a mile from the beach, but that was expected. Good close parking, especially compared to towers.

We are a family of educators and coaches from Louisiana. We have invested in the Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Forge, 2012) and now the Emerald Coast (Destin, 2014). We enjoy sharing our two pieces of paradise with our friends and family and making memories with our three children.
Mimi (my mom), my husband, and I purchased this unit in the Fall of 2014. That is when our adventure started. We gutted it and started with a clean slate. It was a labor of love but also a dream of Mimi and myself to have a little piece of paradise at the beach. We hope that you enjoy our "escape to serenity" and come back to visit our piece of paradise.

We chose Seascape because it has the most to offer for our family. We are a very active family that likes to do many different things and this resort can accommodate all ages and a variety of activities.

We love to sit on the porch and watch the people walk by and listen to the birds sing their melodies as the gulf breeze blows by. We also love the tranquil setting of the resort.
