The dining area is adorned with a cool chandelier also in the kitchen area that seats 8.

If it is game-day and there are several teams you want to watch, NO WORRIES HERE... the living room has not one, but two 65" Roku TV's and large leather couch. Want to play a game? We got you with a professional-grade dart board. The living room space has a half bath.

Need some fresh air? Step out onto the 600 sq ft covered deck with couches, 65” Roku TV, gas griddle, Adirondack chairs and firepit!

The building has been completely renovated but we worked really hard to keep some of the original charm- exposing as much original brick as possible and restoring the original tin ceiling tiles.

Your basic amenities are also provided: free WiFi, heating, AC, washer/dryer, and more.

Pets- we do have a No Pet Policy, but you may ask for special accommodations that is completely up the discretion of the owner. There would be pet fees and rules associated with any allowance.

Events- We do allow events but do have specific rules as we have tenants and guests on the first floor.

We also have a micro-hotel unit on the lower level you can add on to your reservation that sleeps 2- king bed, 42” Smart TV, full bathroom, at an additional rate.
