We had a nice stay in this lovely home. The home was clean, well equipped in the kitchen. Had a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the river. The beds were comfortable. This home is in a very peaceful setting. Would definitely stay in this location again.

This was the perfect setting for a difficult but important family gathering. We brought our family together to spread my brother’s ashes in the beautiful Appalachian mountains. This home was comfortable, affordable, and beautiful for the time we spent together and worked well to house everyone for multiple days/nights. Highly recommend!

South Holston Spring 2024 fishing trip

Had a wonderful time at this property. Views are exceptional. Watched Bald Eagles and osprey from the porch. Great stretch of water for wade fishing, with easy access. Very clean and well appointed. Will book again.

Wonder place!!

The house was perfect for our mini family reunion and NASCAR race. House was very clean, well supplied and the views are wonderful. Very peaceful. We will have to go back in warmer weather to be able to enjoy the porches and river. Highly recommend.

Great home with a beautiful view

The house was as advertised - clean and well-stocked. The check-in & communication with Betty was easy & quick. What made the trip for us was the incredible view out of the back of the house! Note that there are a few rental cabins in very close proximity to the house, which are not shown in pictures or otherwise referenced.
