Thank you, Leanne, for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the property's location. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool area and the insects you encountered. Our home receives regular professional pest-control treatments, along with ongoing pool and outdoor maintenance. However, Florida's tropical environment can sometimes bring seasonal insect activity, particularly around outdoor areas and vegetation. We take your observations seriously and will continue reviewing these areas to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Thank you again for your stay and for helping us identify opportunities for improvement. Warm regards,

The house was spacious, the heated pool was great for the colder days. Felipe was very attentive and communication was on point. Only a few minor problems like cleanliness (found a sock with a piece of cheese burger stuck to it under the main bedroom dresser), the garage had a smell to it and the refrigerator didn't keep our things cold enough. Other than that, the house was great. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Felipe!

Thank you, Michael, for your 5-star review — I truly appreciate it. I’m very glad to hear you enjoyed the space and the heated pool, especially during the cooler days, and that communication met your expectations. That’s always very important to us. I also want to thank you for pointing out those items. I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness oversight and the inconvenience with the refrigerator and garage. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I will be addressing these matters with our team to ensure they are properly corrected. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re always welcome back anytime. Thank you again, Felipe Guifarro

The home is very well laid out. The primary was large and has three sliding glass doors for access to the patio and pool. The kitchen was very well appointed. The fireplace in the corner was a highlight to the living room, I personally used the front room as my make up room because the morning light was delightful. The waterfall was really pretty and the temperature of the pool was just right. All in all, It’s a very f well thought out property and v very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend! The host was also very nice and easy to reach out to, in case we needed anything. Very good communication!
