This gorgeous house in Wilmington offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 2 bedrooms featuring a very soft and comfy king and queen bed. There are 3 bathrooms with luxurious amenities like a bathtub and shower. Each bathroom has shampoo, soaps, and conditioner as well as fresh towels and wash clothes. This beautiful retreat has the perfect backyard to escape to while being in the heart of Wilmington. We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, it’s close by to so many spots both walking and driving distance. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The backyard fire pit was such a great plus! Perfect way to end our nights. The host was by far the best host we have had, he was so kind and had great recommendations! He was also checking in on us throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

The house was perfect and Michael was a wonderful host. If we're ever in Wilmington again we'll definitely stay here. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week we were there. The grill was perfect and the outdoor space was relaxing and perfect for the 4 of us to chill and enjoy the cool nights.

My business partner and I stayed at Urban Oasis while in Wilmington for a conference. Our host was very flexible and accommodated an earlier check-in for us to sit on the back porch and work. He was vey thoughtful and even made recommendations of where to eat before arriving. We loved the atmosphere of the home and convenience of location. I hope to stay here again next time I am in town.

We really enjoyed our stay in Michael’s beautiful house! The house was very clean, cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated with love! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outdoor patio area; the fire pit, various seating options, and overall design were very nice and relaxing. Location was great and quiet and close to downtown. Michael was a super host, very friendly, kind and sweet! These days it’s very rare to meet someone with such a great personality, who cares so much about his guests. Thank you so much, Michael, for taking care of us so good! We have a great memories about our visit and we will be happy to come back to your beautiful and welcoming home! You are the best host we ever had! You are a Super Host!

Michael was a fabulous host and stayed in constant touch including calling us when we arrived at the airport to make sure our travels were going well. He also stocked the fridge with an adult beverage of our choice. I really can’t say enough good things about him and how active he was in insuring that all our needs were met or exceeded!

Overall a good place and comfortable stay. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. The property was comfortable and located in a central area (in the midst of gentrification). The only negative was the floor needed to be cleaned.

Awesome place

I absolutely love Wilmington which is why I became a host on VRBO. I enjoy sharing my experiences and knowledge with those visiting the area for the first time or with those that have been to Wilmington before.

I enjoy boating, running, camping, reading, going to coffee shops and going to craft cocktail bars.

The neighborhood is developing and growing which is nice to see. This is my home full time but rent it out when I travel, so I know the area well and would love to give any advice on places to explore downtown or in the general Wilmington area!

The backyard of my home creates a unique tranquil oasis in the heart of downtown Wilmington. During the spring time there are fruits available from the trees.
