Welcome to Your Penn State Getaway!
Our home, in PSU colors, offers an inviting open floor plan perfect for relaxation. Unwind in the great room by the cozy gas fireplace or head to the spacious basement with a large sectional and big-screen TV, perfect for catching Penn State football games!

This charming property features two well-appointed guest bedrooms: one with a comfortable full bed and another in the recently built (2020) "mother-in-law suite" with a plush queen bed. You'll find two modern bathrooms—one with a relaxing tub/shower combination, and the other featuring a sleek subway-tiled large walk-in shower.

Enjoy access to a range of amenities, including Roku TVs, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and an in-home washer/dryer. We also provide high-thread-count white linens and towels to enhance your stay.

Step outside to a semi-private, serene back patio that opens up to a neighborhood playground, pickleball, and basketball courts. Happy Valley Winery is just a 5-minute stroll away via the nearby bike path. Relax on the front or back patios and enjoy the sights and sounds of the active bird feeders.

Please note: While our personal bedrooms will remain locked, both the upstairs and downstairs guest rooms and common areas are fully available for your use.

Please leave the washing machine door open after use. Drying out the machine prevents mildew. We replaced the gasket recently - it's perfect now.

BBQ Grill: Please move away from the house when using it. We melted a bit of our siding by having it too close!

Perfect location to stay during PSU events & graduation!

This home offers 2 separate floors for living/sleeping areas and is beautiful, quiet and minutes from the PSU campus, grocery store & shopping center. The back porch offers a lovely view, the neighbors were nice, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Home for a PSU game

We stayed here with friends for a PSU game and we couldn't have been happier. The description of the property was spot on and the house was clean, comfy and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Sarah was excelleent with her communication. We will stay here again!

Will Definitely Stay Here Again!

Everything about this place was perfect. The neighborhood was adorable. Communication with Sarah was easy and she was very responsive. The house was clean and felt like home and on top of that, Sarah went above and beyond with a thoughtful care package for when we stayed. They thought of tiny details that made the experience one of my favorites out of all the short term rentals I've stayed. DEFINITELY recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Sarah left us a nice welcome gift bag. We traveled with our little dogs. Sarah put bowls out for them and even left them each a treat. House was very clean and very very cozy.cozy

Hi, I’m Sarah! My family and I have loved living in our State College home for 10 years. You can hear the bells of Old Main from our back patio. Hosting lets us travel with our kids while welcoming guests to enjoy Happy Valley.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s peaceful, family-friendly, and close to everything we love about State College. There’s a playground, volleyball and basketball courts just steps away, and we’re minutes from downtown, Penn State, and local wineries. It’s quiet and relaxing, yet close to all the energy of Happy Valley—our favorite balance.
