Enjoy a truly unrivaled Penn State Football experience in the Overnight RV lot at Beaver Stadium (ORV Lot). Read below for all of the amazing details that are included!
We are offering a truly unique opportunity to spend the weekend in our 40' Toy Hauler, which has been specifically outfitted for Penn State Football! Your full tailgate is included; all you need to do is show up with your favorite food & beverages and enjoy a memorable weekend at Penn State!
The ORV parking lot is in walkable distance to the stadium.
Our camper is a Keystone Raptor 5th Wheel Toy Hauler which measures over 40 feet long and has 3 slide-outs. This creates over 300sq ft of living space.
Your weekend will be spent in the ORV lot, a short 0.4 mile walk to Beaver Stadium.
For sleeping, there are (4) queen beds complete with all linens & pillows.
The master bedroom has a queen with large closets & drawers.
There is a queen loft that is accessible from the kitchen.
Two queen bunk beds are found in the rear of the camper. Please be aware that 2 of the 4 queen beds do require climbing a ladder to get into.
Best of all, you can avoid the busy porta-pot lines as this camper is outfitted with 2 bathrooms!
We will have all water & propane tanks full & ready for you as well. We also include 1 car parking pass, good for Friday through Sunday.
(Thursday night arrival is available for an additional fee)
Other amenities include:
- Full 120v power for the weekend
- 10 gallons of deer park drinking water
- Starlink Wifi access
- Rear door opens & converts to a screen for extra air flow on hot weekends
- (2) refrigerators for beverages & food
- Plastic utensils & paper plates
- Toilet paper & paper towels
- Trash bags
- Sony audio system with ceiling speakers & subwoofer in kitchen
In addition to the RV, we also provide the ultimate tailgate experience!
- (1) 10x20 and (1) 10x10 EZ-up
- (2) 9'x18' outdoor rugs
- (2) 6' tables and (2) cocktail tables with linens
- (1) 8' picnic table
- (3) outdoor and (2) indoor tvs, equipped with directv (or use your own streaming service w/ starlink wifi!)
- Soundbar with separate subwoofer for use on outdoor tv's and/or music
- 36" Blackstone griddle with utensils
- Full size propane grill
- Outdoor seating for 8
- Digital score ticker to keep you updated on other games
- Outdoor string lights throughout all canopies
On top of that, for an additional fee we can provide practically any item you are in need of (specific tailgate game, extra tables, lights etc) as well as the option to purchase weather-related packages depending the forecast such as:
Rain Package (extra EZ-up, gutter system, EZ-up sides, hay)
Cold Weather Package (outdoor heaters, EZ-up sides)

Me and my wife Amy met while attending Penn State in the early 2000s. Since graduating, we have been returning every year with friends & family to tailgate at football games. Over the years our family has grown to include our 3 boys and countless friends that we've made in the ORV lots -- creating incredible memories every fall. We feel uniquely qualified to offer you our tailgate expertise and help you create those same memories!

Over the 15 years we have own our camper, we have outfitted it exclusively for entertainment & comfort at Penn State football games. Tailgating & camping for a weekend in a field with no utilities or hookups can present challenges; we have overcome all of them & look forward to sharing our experience with you!
