Stugan har 2 dubbelsÀngar, 1 king size-sÀng och en futon lÀmplig för barn. Den har ocksÄ en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, fullt utrustat kök och ett litet kontor att arbeta i, fullt utrustat kök, trÄdlöst och kabel-TV. Very nice country location, peaceful surroundings, but still close to Nashville and Franklin. The pool was a relaxing area to hangout, and the church was a nice quiet area for reflection.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating (heating the pool & allowing the kids to swim at night. Great restaurants & lots to see and we visited an Alpaca farm in the area the kids & adults loved it. We highly recommend!

This is a lovely and relaxing property away from the hustle and crowds of Nashville, but close enough to get to downtown within 30 minutes. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions. Everything is well-stocked and as advertised. The pool is a great bonus. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Baseball world series

We stayed for our son to play in the world series, this property is only 14 mins from the fields! The owner stayed in contact checking on us the whole time. There was also anything we could have forgotten. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful sanctuary

An absolutely beautiful cottage and surrounding grounds, full of lush gardens and trees. Welcoming hosts, and lots of songbirds. Despite a mostly rainy cool weekend, it was a very relaxing and comfortable home to hang out in with the family. Thanks to Wes and Linda!

Girls' Getaway 2017

We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for our Girls' Getaway! We had everything we needed or could want on the property. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to totally relax and enjoy every minute!

Spacious guest house filled with warmth and charm

From the moment I stepped out of my car, I knew I was in for a treat. We were greeted with home made bread and an amazing view, The space was perfect for us and our hosts even gave us a tip on a great venue in Nashville. We toured the estate and even spent time in the chapel. What a unique, clean, and beautiful property.

Great property and great hosts!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is situated on 4 acres on a dead end road and was so peaceful. The wrap around porch was a bonus. Wes & Linda went above and beyond as hosts. Our stay was perfect in every way. The house has great, modern updates yet still feels like a cozy home. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of room.

Peaceful, Relaxing Getaway

Our family spent the past four nights at this relaxing cottage. We loved the natural surroundings and comfortable guest house. It had everything we needed. My favorite memory was the chapel on the grounds where we gathered twice for a meditative experience using candle light at dusk. The pool and sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee were other favorites. We plan to meet here again.

Like a Visit to Mayberry

A secluded, well-maintained location in a nice wooded area with easy access to Nashville and Franklin. Just a biscuit's throw from Loveless Cafe (a nice plus for a bunch of hungry Goobers, like our group).Great home base for gathering with friends and family for a visit to Nashville and its southwestern vicinity. Aunt Bee herself couldn't have been a better host.

The perfect property for a family getaway!

This was the ideal property for our annual "Sister Trip". The guest house is beautifully decorated, up-to-date and very clean while the gardens are colorful, lush and well cared for. My sister and I enjoyed reading and morning tea on the wraparound porch while our teenaged girls loved the pool and fireflies. The Yoders were respectful of our privacy but very kind with friendly sightseeing suggestions and offers of fresh arugula from the garden. We would have overlooked the charming town of Franklin without Linda's guidance and Nashville was close enough to visit frequently. I VERY HIGHLY recommend the Yoder's guest house for a truly relaxing Nashville getaway!!!

Beautiful Franklin

This property is simply beautiful. Lots of space. Everything you could ask for, for a vacation stay. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room. The beds and linens are very comfortable. We sat outside at night time and watched the lightnjng bugs and listened to the frogs sing.The property is lovely and peaceful. The pool is very refreshing. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of ideas on what to do in the Frankilin area, as well as in Nashville, which is a short drive from the house. We had a very good vacation in this home, and if ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Our Best Ever VRBO Experience

We've been renting vacation housing for 25 years and have never had a better experience. The house was as advertised and then some. Wes and Linda's kindness and local knowledge was great, the house was clean and well-stocked and the grounds were impeccable. The serene setting provided the perfect sun/shade mix to sit on the rockers and read and have coffee. And then there was the pool! AWESOME! Our family ranged from 16 years old to 84 and everyone loved the stay. We spent the afternoons in Nashville and Franklin and then came home to cool off in the pool and cook on the grill. Thank you Wes and LInda for your kindness, homemade bread, and for sharing your home. We will be back!

Perfect Place to Stay with Besties

We're middle-aged, wanted our own pool, and to be close enough to enjoy Nashville but not be bothered by crowds. Quiet peaceful property. Great communication with owner. She is spot on for recommendations for anything from grocery, to butchershop, to where to park in Nashville. Great place to stay!

Recharging and Rekaxing

Property is absolutely beautiful with flower gardens surrounding it. I loved the porch with the rocking chairs for morning coffee. It's quiet with wildlife around and yet close to Nashville and Franklin. The pool is absolutely refreshing. I would highly recommend this property!

Charming Guest House, Beautiful Grounds

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Yoder's charming guest house. The house is cozy and inviting with a very well equipped kitchen. We spent 4 days visiting family, touring the local area and enjoying the comforts of the Yoder property. The swimming pool and patio were again very well maintained and equipped with floats, rings,air mattresses etc. Grandchildren loved the chance to swim as well play on the beautiful grounds. The owners were gracious and available. A great stay!

Annual Book Club Retreat

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely home. The grounds were so beautiful during all the fall colors. The pool was heated and we enjoyed swimming at night and visiting around the pool. The house had plenty of space for all 5 of us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were celebrating our first gathering of our Book Club. The house is centrally located to downtown Franklin, Grand Old Opry and Broadway Street for a true Nashville experience .

Beautiful Property

My Family stayed for a week as we were in town for a wedding. The property was beautiful and perfectly met our needs. Great location in a beautiful area. Linda and Wes were more than accommodating. We love people and really enjoy meeting the guests that come. We love to travel and are often in Italy or on some beach somewhere!
