Casa B Happy is a one-bedroom home located in the premier gated community at Lake Arenal—Vistas Del Lago. Surrounded by jungle and with a creekside lot, it offers a peaceful retreat from life's worries.
Access to the community clubhouse is included and only steps away, as this is the closest property to the community infinity pool, clubhouse, and spa. Savor your coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the lake and watch for the beautiful tucans who also call this peaceful retreat home!

We love to meet our guests; however, we respect your privacy preferences. Please let us know if you prefer a self-check-in and messaging service rather than an in-person meetup. This is your vacation, and often our guests are tired upon arrival after a long travel day, and all they want to do is get in the house and relax (perhaps with a beverage :) )

We are so fortunate to be located inside the premier gated community of Vistas Del Lago. Here we enjoy the benefits of community saltwater infinity pool, Fitness room, spa (services must be requested in advance) breakfast options, lounge including a slate pool table that also converts to a ping pong table. The clubhouse also features a large selection of books and videos so that if you are traveling with the littles you can enjoy the game while they lounge on the comfy sectional.

You will have full access to the home and patio areas. Please note: there is a separate rentable space over the garage with a separate entry and parking area. During your stay, guests may or may not be staying there.
Included in your stay is full access to the Clubhouse and the amenities it offers, Pool, fitness room, lounge and Weekly breakfast offerings (breakfast is an additional charge)

This property is adjacent to the community clubhouse, so it is only steps to the best amenities in the area. Breakfast is offered in the clubhouse from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except on Statutory holidays). A pool table converts to a ping-pong table for enthusiasts and recreational players alike. A media room with Videos and books for all ages is also in the lounge area.
The fitness room is also located adjacent to the pool, so you don't have to sacrifice your fitness routine while on vacation if you don't want to.
Please note: The round area of the pool is not a jacuzzi; it is a seating area for those who want to sit in the pool and perhaps enjoy a beverage or conversation. It is not heated.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners' protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible.
