Clearwater Beach vacation rental! A peaceful & very clean getaway. Bring your friends or family!
If you want to be near beaches and many diverse restaurants and grocery stores, this is THE house. Perfectly located on the edge of Clearwater & Largo, makes it only 15 mins from the beach!
If itâs family that youâre visiting or family that youâre bringing, you can spend your hours sunbathing, sleeping on kingsized beds, swimming in a conveniently heated pool or relaxing in the screened patio.
The space:
Welcome to our Florida Beach vacation Rental! Close to Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. Bring the entire family; toddler and baby friendly with a playpen and high chair. We have coolers, a grill, loungers, everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Super private backyard with HEATED Pool.
Enjoy the view of the private backyard and pool from the screened Florida room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from coffee, pots and pans to cookie cutters! The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a comfortable memory foam, king-sized bed and a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has another king bed, with a workspace and personal mirror. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a twin bed that converts to a King and an extremely comfortable chair. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.
Cool off in the pool or relax around the fire pit. If you want to venture out of the peaceful walls, within a 5 mile radius are Mediterranean restaurants, Italian restaurants, Sushi places, Chinese restaurants, and many different fast food options. Or if you're feeling more like cooking a home meal: there's Publix and Walmart nearby.
We have a great two-car driveway in a safe and quiet neighborhood. So that you never have to worry about parking.
There is a washer and dryer in the garage.
Only 15 minutes to Indian Rocks & Clearwater Beach!

30 minutes to Tampa Airport

With every new booking, guests are provided with a brand-new code to enter. This permits a very easy and secure check-in.
The entrance is equipped with a Ring doorbell that records any movement outside of the front door- ensuring your safety at all times.

House is conveniently located near different types of restaurants, eateries, classic cuisine, international cuisine, fast food, etc. See last photo with map and list of restaurants.
