House was very clean but to get to restaurants you should include golf cart in rental! Also, cobwebs in windows need to be cleaned. Will stay here again!

Location was great, house was as described, and we had a very good time. That said, it is not conducive to more than two adults....not enough living room furniture or space for multiple couples.A few things that detract from the review: furnishings and kitchenware are in need of a refresh (good cleaning in the case of dishes etc). A bag of dirty linens sat on our porch the entire time we were there. Our calls to the management company (20 minutes after arrival since the expected golf cart was not there) were never returned --during a full week long stay. I emailed them once home and received a call of apology.

Location, location, location. Close to beach, the pier, restaurant and more. The house had everything we needed. The lift was great for bringing all our stuff in and out of the house. Home was clean, kitchen was well supplied with cookware. Located on quiet street. The neighbor even let us pick fresh figs from their tree. It was a .2 mile walk to the public beach entrance. We didn't use the fob conttrolled private parking lot for the other beach entrance.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay!

I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable in a rented home. The house was immaculately clean — truly spotless — and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which is a top priority for me when I travel. The enclosed porch was a personal favorite spot to relax, and the quiet neighborhood made it all the more peaceful.Private parking access to the beach was such a convenient perk, and the realty group managing the property was extremely professional and accommodating from start to finish. I’m a pretty picky traveler, and I genuinely don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place. Highly recommend — we will absolutely be back!

Will Absolutely Return

I am terminal with leukemia so this vacation may be the last with my family and I could not be happier with our accommodations! The property management was so easy to work with. Our experience was stress free and lovely. In the event that we are all together for future outings, I will choose this property every time. We were in easy walking distance of food, drink, groceries, activities and the beach. We kept our “home” tidy as we visited and check in and out was very convenient. I couldn’t find a complaint if I tried!

Great visit

The house was exactly as advertised. Very nice. The only concern, we returned one day to find a vehicle parked under the house. It was a maintenance guy for the lift. It would have been nice to receive a text that someone was going to be there.
