This charming spot features a 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped kitchen (with an outdoor cooktop, too!), all the essentials for cooking and dining, plus the comforts of HVAC. Enjoy the great outdoors on your porch, or at the shared firepit table under the stars. There's a grill and picnic table there as well. Nestled in a serene setting, guests can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The Camper Court is shared with one other camper, The Bluebonnet.
Dripping Springs is a DARK SKY COMMUNITY, so if you like stargazing (or birdwatching), you'll love this spot. And we're in such a prime location -- only 10 or so minutes into downtown, or a quick trip to Austin, Fredericksburg, or the world-famous Salt Lick BBQ. I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. And we fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons. And when we saw this spot, with the wet-weather tanks, beautiful oaks, and hill-country views, we couldn't wait to get here. There's nothing I enjoy more than morning coffee on the porch with an amazing sunrise or an afternoon on the swing under a big oak. And Dripping Springs is so charming, along with nearby artsy Wimberley just down the way. Such a neat, relaxed getaway from busy, groovy Austin!

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Tucked in a gorgeous Live Oak tree, The CHARLIE suite awaits. One of 4 private suites, each has a full private bath, heat, AC, WIFI, microwave, minifridge, stocked Coffee Bar, hairdryer, TV with streaming, iron & board. Fresh linens and soft towels are included. In the evening, enjoy the amazing top deck or the fire pit,, below. The Charlie is located mid way up our tree and features a king sized bed and amazing views!

We're on 40 beautiful acres and this spot is in the "wayback" -- stargazing is wonderful here! Enjoy comfort glamping in this unique stay, with a fire table, BBQ grill and picnics under the stars.
