Very clean and well maintained property. The parking is easy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive and made sure the property was well stocked with linens, kitchenware, board games, and beach gear. I would recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Great house and location, just a quick bike ride to the beach and Main streer Bars and restaurants. House has everything you need, we brought our own bikes and beach items but could’ve honestly left everything at home with what they have in the garage. Very good communication and very accommodating.

This property is perfect, with modern amenities and many nice personal touches. There were bikes and beach equipment available for outdoor and beach days. Everything is located nearby. Shawn and Megan were wonderful hosts. They were very available and communicative. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Shawn and Megan were great hosts and very accommodating. The condo is perfect for a small family or couple, and it is very centrally located for all activities, including going to the beach. The fire pit made it very comfortable sitting outside at night, and they have bikes available for all sizes.

In the 50 yrs coming to CA from Az, this was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The amenities were amazing- so much attention to detail-beautiful private patio, having the bikes for all our transportation, and the boogie boards for grandkids unlimited use, location of condo to fabulous restaurants and great shopping, clean none crowded beaches - absolutely a do again unit. Hosts were awesome at meeting our needs.Above a 5 star review in every way. So fun to be able to ride bikes everywhere, lock them up without worry, and fantastic weather! Dream vacation!! Espresso machine a perk. Kitchen fully supplied and Tv in all rooms, plush towels, laundry supplies board family games, perfect since we flew in to John Wayne airport with only carry/on. We will be back! Thank you for a memorable visit!!

Hosts were super nice and very responsive. Everything was super clean and tidy. They had a bunch of stuff included with the house that you could use like an Xbox, multiple bikes, surfboards, and a foosball table in the garage. The beds were extremely comfortable and the portable air conditionings kept the house super cool at all times. Would definitely book again. Thank you Shawn and meagan for the awesome stay.

I was highly satisfied with the Cozy Condo. The condo was pleasantly decorated, clean and in a neighborhood that seemed to be safe and in a convenient spot for dining and shopping.Condo had all the necessities and more. My husband and I would return to Cozy Condo if ever in Huntington Beach area again. Lovely place to stay.

We had such an amazing girls’ weekend here—this place is truly 5 stars all the way! Everything was completely dialed in, from the thoughtful touches throughout the home to how fully stocked it was. You can tell the host really cares about the experience.The location was perfect, and having bikes available made getting to the beach so easy and fun. It felt like everything we needed was already there, which made the whole trip effortless and relaxing.The host was fantastic—super responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Awesome place, so welcoming and warm, everything was well thought out from chargers in the bedrooms to everything you would need in the kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops, can walk everywhere. Host so caring and answer almost immediately any question or concern. Definitely would use again.

Prior to our arrival I asked if we could store our luggage somewhere while we waited for check in, the host messaged us saying we could check in early. When our Lyft arrived, he was out front and greeted us!

Hands down a wonderful and life reset experience!!! My family and I had such an amazing time and HB surf city experience.. we go to Disney land every year for Halloween and this year we did something different so we can enjoy more beach time. THIS WAS PERFECT PLACE TO STAY! Perfect location to beach and all entertainment and disney. Shawn and his family are incredible. We will be back year to year!! Thank you for the hospitality 10 stars from us!!

Feels Like Home In Huntington Beach

This beautifully updated unit was perfect for us! We enjoyed comfortable furniture in the rooms and the well-equipped kitchen. Having a large patio with plenty of seating (and a grill) was definitely a plus, as well as ALL the amenities. We look forward to booking this unit again.
