An economical 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms two-story apartment. Queen-sized bed with memory mattress. PETS (only dog and cat) are allowed and must be attended during the stay.
Nearby are shopping centers, restaurants, AMC Theater, bus stops, etc. Just 10 minutes from downtown, FSU, and FAMU.

Guest(s) must park at the designed parking spots. Four cars maximum.

NO smoking/drugs/parties allowed. Fine of $500 for violation .
Parking policy:
Please park in the parking lots assigned for the apartment. If the parking lots is occupied, find the other spare parking lots in the opposite side of the building. Or find a street parking.
Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Please show respect to the neighbors.
Event policy
NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay.
Pet policy:
PET ALLOWED but must be disclosed upon booking and pet fee applied. A fine of up to $500 ($200 at least) for bringing unauthorized pets. The hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of the reservation. Pets cannot use any of the bedding. Plan your own pet's rest arrangements.
Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.
Visitor policy:
Visitors allowed, and required to obey the house rules. Visitors cannot stay overnight without adding them as guests on your reservation.
Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

The front door code will be sent in a separate message on the day of your arrival.
Damage/Missing Policy
